Starbucks

I am addicted to Starbucks and this is my store I have tried a few others and they drinks are Awful!
I do have s difficult drink, but they still should make it right

I love to come morning. It super busy around 8−9am but the all stuff are nice and friendly.

I usually go to this location and get my coffee at the drive thru window. Today I had some extra time and decided to go inside and do some studying. It was pretty empty, just one other customer sitting at a table. I ordered my drink and grabbed a table as another customer was coming in. I waited patiently as the customer that ordered after me got his drink first. Perhaps his drink was easier to make. After 10 minutes I approached the barista and was told they forgot my expresso macchiato. Waited another 2 minutes to get my drink. No problem, the drive through lane appeared crowded, I understand… but not 5 star worthy.
My biggest complaint is the noise level of the staff. I understand they need to communicate to get orders made quickly and properly but today’s shift (Saturday @2pm) was simply obnoxious. I sat there for a total of 15 minutes after receiving my coffee and I know the staff’s plans for the weekend, their strategies for clocking out early, and how loud their combined laughter can be (note: I wear earplugs when I study).
I’m not trying to stop them from having the time of their lives at work, but when their «small talk» interferes with customer satisfaction, management needs to do something about it. Definitely not 4 star worthy…
On a lighter note, I would probably enjoy working here too since it sounds like the staff have so much fun. Probably not good for business though… also explains why there was only 1 other person inside the store while the patio was ¹⁄₃ full.

My favorite Starbucks stop! Sometimes they get the drinks wrong though. If you order they’re regular menu stuff you’ve got no problem. But if you have any special requests they might get it wrong, like I always ask for a little room on top to put some ice because I don’t like it to scald my tongue and they «forget» every time… One more tip the drive thru line gets really crazy in the mornings, like really crazy…

Come here on the regular because it’s the closest to my home. They always and I mean always mess up my order and or forget about it. They don’t have enough people to sustain a drive through. Wish u had other options around here for expensive coffee.

You know what I love? This Starbucks. I’m a regular drive thru customer, it’s a great location and I’ve never had a problem with service. Not today, however. I don’t know about you, but I’m not a fan of paying almost 5.00 for a macchiato only to get to work to see that my grande cup was barely half full. WTF? I don’t even care about a refund, I just want a FULL CUP of the coffee I paid for.

This is a really busy location of Starbucks. I work in the same Center as these guys– come here a lot but just now getting on Unilocal and reviewing them. Great service, even with the long lines! Always have items on the menu in stock so you dont have to hear the bs line– oh we are out– which is refreshing! Thanks for being great guys!

During my visit on August 7^th there was a young man sitting in the corner full of tattoos and nodding out as if he were on some type of narcotics. I asked Justin Miller the manager on duty… to ask the young man to leave. and Justin Miller got very loud in a hostel with me when I asked him to please do his job… poor manager… not management material… I will be contacting Starbucks regional manager on this matter… other than that the coffee was good

Decided to stop by to grab some ice coffee and of course every Starbucks is busy and drive through is packed. But they had open seats in the patio, so decided to hang out a little.
Ordered, ice coffee and lemon pound cake. Honestly can’t go wrong that

My 3^rd favorite Starbucks in town! I absolutely love this location not just because they are conveniently located by my job but because the customer service is always A1! Never had an issue with my order and my drink is always made to perfection! I love the convenience of the Starbucks app and being able to just scan your phone to purchase your drink! Technology is crazy! I actually have never been inside! The drive thru can get so crazy but I rather stay in my car and scan my phone lol!

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks in THE WORLD! The quality of drinks is very consistent for all the Starbucks around the country; however, the reason why I love coming here is because of the workers here.
I have come to this location about 50 times and I may have a problem when it comes to coffee and Starbucks.
I want to give specific shout outs to some of the workers here! Leslie is the best barista ever! She is so awesome! One of the times I came in I told her I want my coffee made with love and she wrote love on the cup! Small gesture but super awesome. This then has continued every single time I come in. This makes me feel valued.
Marijana is another worker here. She is just as amazing as Leslie. She makes me smile and ensures amazing customer service everytime.
Keep up the awesome work you guys! I love it!!!

Waited 10 min just to get 2 fraps! There was No one other than me in the drive thru (5min just to take my card and 5 extra for try the drinks). Ridiculous!

Service is eh. They’re usually more occupied with having fun and talking to each other than greeting the guests and helping them. I still prefer Dunkin’s coffee over Starbucks.

Stop there today after noon and took frappuccino mocha.
Came fast from what I expected even when they was very busy at the time.
The place is clean and quiet,
Closed to shopping center next to it.

Updating my review, because for the past 3 times I came here, the place cleaned up a lot. The bathrooms are cleaner and the store is cleaner. The staff is always nice, so I can’t complain about that. :) the Internet still sucks though. Lol I’ll be coming here more, now that it is cleaner.

Kind quick friendly service. Typical Starbucks very convenient for green tea latte grande hot and then I tried to orange refresher and it’s so good breakfast sandwich breakfast. It’s so gooda!!!

Stopped by to get some fuel for myself so I could make the drive home back to CA. Friendly staff but my usual holiday caramel brulee tasted a little watered down.
Convenient location though! But what Starbucks isn’t convenient lol.

Its a starbucks… they are pretty much all the same. Only bonus is that is close to Spanish Hills so not a major drive.

You know how more and more people are using Starbucks like their own private mobile office? Well, this location is no different, except there is an abundance of seats.
What does this mean for you?
You’ll still be able to sit down to enjoy your purchase, despite the abundance of people surrouding you who are writing their Great American Novel while nursing their tall iced coffee for hours.
I was shocked at how quickly the few baristas were whipping out drinks. The drive thru was packed yet not particularly busy inside. Despite the train of cars outside, I got my venti coffee frappuccino with half and half (we’re going for absolute maximum calories from fat here) lightening fast.
Parking is ghastly and the drive thru is packed, but the baristas are extremely friendly and the service is quick. That’s A-​Ok in my book.
