My CPAP died while in Las Vegas. On Saturday they were able to provide me with a rental to help me through the rest of my stay. Then opened the store on a Sunday so I could return their machine to them before I left town. Talk about going above and beyond! I wish my local DME providers were this good!

On a vacation to Vegas, my CPAP decided to quit working… on Saturday, no less. Rob went out of his way to help me out with a rental unit for a couple days, and opened the shop on Sunday to let me pick it up. Highly recommend.

I was traveling across country with my family, and my grandmother began to have shortness of breath in Las Vegas. State Medical Equipment came through when no other oxygen supply company in the area could. They had excellent customer service, showing a complete understanding of our situation and walking us through the process of renting an oxygen concentrator. Robert in particular was incredibly helpful, teaching us to use the machine and offering after-hours help if we needed it. They even printed out the forms we’d need in order to bring the equipment on an airplane for our upcoming flight!

This company IS customer service! I flew into Vegas from Indy on Good Friday and realized that I had left my Resmed auto-pap cord at home. I emailed them at 8pm and had a new cord delivered to my hotel within an hour! This was ALL at regular price! This company represents all that is RIGHT with America! For my CPAP medical equipment needs I found the right place. My experience here has been professional. Their staff are knowledgeable about the products and go out of their way to help. If you have experienced malfunctions with your equipment then you know how important it is to have access to get it fixed in a hurry. Like I said their service is great and their prices are fair. Fair pricing in an environment where other similar companies gouge the insurance companies and untimely the consumer. These folks seem to believe a satisfied customer is a customer for life. What a concept and State Medical Equipment gets it right!

Sia and State Medical Supply are lifesavers with spectacular customer service! On a convention trip to Vegas, my friend forgot the power supply for the CPAP machine. Without hesitation, Benjamin, the Rio Bellman, said, «State Medical Equipment.» I called the original CPAP provider and they(mis)-identified the machine as a RemStar Plus. Sia, State Medical Supply, was awesome. She had the RemStar Plus power supply delivered to the Rio in a few hours for approximately the same price as online. But — The connector didn’t fit. The original CPAP provider had mis-identified the machine. It was actually a RemStar Plus SE. Sia, State Medical Supply, was even more awesome. She understood the problem. She correctly identified the machine. She delivered the correct power supply. I realize that a CPAP isn’t exactly a matter of life and death, but it can be. Sia and State Medical Supply are lifesavers with spectacular customer service!

One a short weekend trip to Vegas I found I needed a new mask for my cpap machine. I did not think anyone would be open on a Saturday. I picked up my phone and to my surprise Rob answered before they opened. He told me to give him a call at 9:30am I did and he told me to come in and yes bring my machine with so he could check it! Well I brought it in he checked and was surprised that a machine as old as mine was in good shape. He showed me a few masks I picked one the wisp from Philips. I was very well taken care of!!! For any out of pocket supplies I will be calling him!!! The time he took and care was stellar!!! I have never slept better!!!
