Dr. Castorino is amazing and as thorough as a Doctor gets. He is by far my favorite, has he had staff issues, yes. They seem to have improved in that department.

I wouldn’t use this office again. The doctor is super nice but the office staff is very unreliable. They never answer the phone and they never return any calls.

I am a new patient of Dr, Castorino. I am so pleased as well as my significant other who was diagnosed with diabetes. It is refreshing to go see a doctor who really listens and gave me choices in treatments. The great part, he diagnosed an issue that I have had for two years that no other doctor figured out and I already feel so much better. He also took the time to give me printouts on medications and supplements so I could educate myself,
I also like that I can text and get information, and when there was an issue with the pharmacy the office staff handled it quickly. The front desk staff is friendly, the office is beautiful and conveniently located.
Healthcare is a team effort, and I am very pleased to work with a team captain!

Was given a new patient appointment November 19^th, 2014. I couldn’t make the appointment so went to reschedule in December and was told they were not taking any new patients, even though my insurance said he was. Girl got very snippy and nasty with me and told me to go find a primary care physician elsewhere, to call my insurance to get a referral. I responded, they gave me his name. She was so rude to me I ended up just hanging up on her. I’m having serious health issues which I explained to her but she refused to reschedule my appointment. Hope the doctor is better than his staff. Now, I look here on Unilocal,and it says he’s taking new patients… What’s the friggin deal?! His secretary tells me they are specialists, not the primary care physicians yet Ashley L, Who posted the review prior to mine says that he is a family care doctor. So what’s the truth did some one pee in the secretaries Wheaties? Is he taking new patients and is a family doctor, or is an elite specialist who only takes a select few?!
