Sting Alarm Las Vegas

I highly recommend Sting for your home and/​or business security needs! They are very easy to deal with from start to finish, with exceptional customer service and very reasonable pricing. I am very happy I chose Sting for my home security needs!

I recently had my alarm installed by Sting and they did a great job. From the initial consultation to the actual installation, everyone was very professional and courteous and made sure I understood exactly how my alarm system would work. I am a native of Las Vegas and I also liked the fact they are locally owned. Highly recommend!

After cancellation they attempted to still bill me. Took a supervisor to figure it out. After less than stellar Unilocal review, I received a call from the owner wanting to ‘make it right’. Well played. His effort was exemplary… give them a shot.

Sting alarm has great customer service until you want to cancel your expired contract. I was in Afghanistan and was told I had to come to there office to cancel my service. I had already canceled my phone line at my house and now had a monthly bill that I could stop. I finally made it back state side and stopped by there office and I had to pay in full to today’s date before they would cancel.

Service isn’t bad. But they will not negotiate letting you out of your contract without paying the full amount due. Telephone companies, cell phone carriers and cable operators all negotiate early termination fees. But Sting will hold you to the whole term with no options. If you do use them, do not sign anything long term or you’re stuck

Beat the prices of the other companies I called. Excellent customer service. We have had them now for over a year and could not be more satisfied. Their response time is great! Money very well spent. Would definitely recommend Sting Alarm to anyone.

After an incident at my new home (on a nice side of town as well!) I decided to start shopping around for an alarm system. I checked out ADT and a few others but wasn’t happy with their prices and/​or their Better Business Bureau rating. Once i looked up Sting I was happy with their BBB rating as well as their prices.
I spoke with a salesperson, Mark Weldon, and he helped me find the best coverage for my motion sensors as well as door contacts. The install was quick and efficient, the installer, Cody i believe his name was, even ran the wire for the alarm in a clean way as not to put an eye sore on my brand new home.
I’m very glad i went with Sting Alarm. I’d also highly recommend my salesperson Mr. Weldon as he seemed to genuinely care that my alarm was installed properly and in a timely manner.
