Sunsational Swim School

Amber was the most patient and most sweet instructor. She taught my son to swim and now he loves the water even more than he did before, which I didn’t think was possible. She also helped me with my swimming and taught me certain things that I didn’t know how to do. I feel so much more comfortable in the water than ever. She is the perfect swim instructor if you have fears of the water like I did or have an energetic child like mine is.

Additional update from our most recent Sunsational experience: Summer 2015
My daughter (7) and son (4) both took lessons with Heidi @ Sunsational. My daughter is now a strong and confident swimmer. She learned proper stroke techniques and thoroughly enjoys swimming now. My son — who initially wouldn’t even float or put his face in the water — is now a little fish :) He loves to swim, is employing the new techniques he learned, and has gained a ton in his confidence. Heidi was warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sunsational and Heidi to any family looking for great at home swim lessons.

We recently purchased a vacation house in Vegas with a pool and wanted to hire a private onsite swimming instructor for my 5 year old. He has taken private lessons in the past since he was 2 but it was never consistent due to weather and scheduling. Also it was once a week so he never really grasped it.
The booking process was very easy. I called in and they took down all my information. Once they find an instructor that fits your time and criteria they will email you. The cost is about the same as it is in Menlo Park but the difference is the instructor comes to you which is awesome!!!
Now for the best part, the swimming instructor. Ms. Musheera is the best! My son would only swim with a vest but the first day he was without. After a few lessons he learned how to breathe, swim and touch the bottom of the pool. After so many instructors and so many lessons, he’s finally free of the vest and able to swim. Not only am I happy (for safety reasons as well) but he loves it! Ms. Musheerah never rushed even when the lesson was over. She often stayed overtime. My son was very, very comfortable with her and that is SO important. She really has a gift for working with kids and teaching them swimming. I’m so happy that she was chosen for us!
Another great thing about this company is that they guarantee that your child will learn in 12 lessons. I chose to have 4 lessons a week since we were only going to be around for 3 weeks. I recommend that you group lessons instead of doing it once a week. And also requests Ms. Musheerah!!!

Amazing lessons and teacher
We recently moved to the area and decided to take swim lessons at our home. Before moving to the area we took lessons 1 – 2 a week at a pool. My girls were not progressing and one of my girls was scared to swim at all. They are 3 ½ year old twins.
Our teacher Kate was AMAZING. My girls can swim. Not only swim but love it. One of my girls can almost do the butterfly and the one that was scared; jumps in and swims by herself.
DONT MESS AROUND WITH ANYONE ELSE!!! They are the best!!!
