Alexis is the stylist to ask for if you want a well groomed look and someone who cares and is into details. She is the best stylist I’ve had and will always make an appointment with her. She is very professional and cares about her client looking great!

So my family and I went to this location because my wife wanted to serif she had 22 inches so she could donate to the kids who need wigs, we went in waited and this lady who has a piercing on her nose was really rude acting like a real bitch, their were to of them working that day the fat one with the piercing told the other girl Togo on break knowing that their are other people wait to get a haircut, so the hair is 15 and she waited to charge 5 more just to measure my wife’s hair and note she is going to donate it, we ended going across the street were the people were really nice I don’t expect to be treated like a king but bitch respect me and my family if that’s you business you suck at it, since then I have told everyone of my friends never to go to that location because of piss poor service

This supercuts location is okay I’ve been going to supercuts mainly this location when I get the chance but since I have I noticed that the price increased it went from $ 15 to now all of a sudden $ 17 which is ridiculous but I guess a fair price doesn’t always stay the same anyhow when I have been coming here its been hit or miss with the haircut one visit I’ll get the haircut I ask for then the next I’ll get a haircut I didn’t ask for dispite me telling the lady the kind of haircut I want either way I do plan to continue coming even with the price increase because this supercuts location is close to where my house is compared to the other locations I just wish that I wouldn’t have some problems or communication problems when it comes to getting a haircut because getting haircut should be simple without being complicated.

Came here by accident. 6 year old had wanted to cut her long hair for some time now. She accepted and choose her own style with their updated style books. The stylist was clearly new and young, but she took her time. My daughter took off about 10 inches in the back since she decided on the wedge cut, longer in the front, way shorter in the back. There was a very slight issue getting her bangs even, but it was worked out. My daughter has received non-​stop compliments on her new style. I am very pleased with how this turned out.

Came in, got a decent haircut and the person cutting my hair didn’t talk my ear off.
That’s all I’m really looking for. If that’s what you’re looking for, this place does the job.

Just walked out. One worker not acknowledging our presence as he walks in the back room. The only other worker spending over 30 mins on a 3 length cut for a minimal hair customer. And I assuming a manager who walks in coordinating schedules. Finally walked out. Been to many well organized and run Supercuts, this is not one of them.

I don’t even know why they ask how you want your haircut. When I say leave as much on top as possible, why would you just completely ignore it and give me the standard issue military crew cut? I know you’re a middle-​aged hag who hates her job, so maybe you should find a new path.
If you only know how to cut a guy’s hair one way, don’t bother asking.
