Great place to get your hair cut. Prices are a little high but decent. Would be nice to get coupons once & a while. Online check in is great!

Saturday September 26, 2015.
I went to take my youngest brother who has some learning disabilities/​mental problems and can be very slow. He takes time to respond and he is never rude, ever. The girl Kaylee (younger employee– wearing skinny jeans and a dirty white plain tshirt) was beyond rude to my brother and had a nasty attitude towards her job.
She asked my brother with an attitude what he wanted. He’s slow and didn’t respond. So I made a suggestion, she turned to my brother already in the chair with clippers and with a nasty attitude said «Well is that what you want BOY?» Because he wasn’t speaking up she decided to give him the attitude instead of me? What ignorant person takes their attitude on people who maybe slow at times. I wasn’t sure what happen at first.
He nodded yes. His haircut was done fast like 3 minutes top. Fastest haircut ever. I kept starring at her (at first I was like maybe I said something wrong) waiting for her to make eye contact with me and so I could speak with her. She wouldn’t look at me once.
Right when she was done, she didn’t clean him up or nothing, she walked straight to register and rang him up to charge me. Of course I had to let her know she was being rude for no reason. Then she asks how am I rude. I told her she had a negative attitude and especially calling customer «Boy.» She goes on to claim people can’t tell her what to say. I told her: yes I can and maybe if she doesn’t want to work with customers, she needs to change her profession if she doesn’t like it.
Of course she tried to play the, «Don’t come back then,» attitude. Funny afterwards… Me and my brother realized nobody was in there on a SATURDAY! Most salons are booked on Friday and the wait is like 30 minutes for walk ins. Lol. Don’t go here.
Unfortunately, the cut wasn’t a good either.
So disappointing.

Christina is excellent! I dont ever want to go to anyone else for a haircut! She listens attentively, gives suggestions, and its a plus that she can concentrate on cutting while conversing with the guest. Ive had her before on nellis/​charleston location and I really like how she cut my hair. But when I came back one day, she wasnt there anymore and that time I couldnt remember her name so nobody could tell where she was at. Luckily after 2 years… I went to CVS on vegas valley/​nellis. I saw a supercuts in the same shopping center and decided to get a haircut! To my big surprise, I saw Christina. Although idr her name, I know her by face! And Im so glad I walked in!!! I knew I was gonna get a good cut when I saw her, which I did!!! Wow! It has been a while since I felt such satisfaction with my hair. Thanks Christina!!! See you next time!

Love this location! Why? Cuz this is where the stylist that use to work at the Nelli’s and Charleston location is at. She does a fantastic job! Plus it wasn’t buy for Saturday.

Soooo glad they are open till 7pm… had to take my son for an emergency haircut because he decided to make friends with a pair of friskers kiddy scissors. Baby got buzzed… cause that’s what happens when ya cut to the scalp… we were in and out in 15 minutes. We were the only customers the whole time.
