Swarovski Gallery Store

I am a collector of crystal, and I collect Swarovski Home Accessories (wine glasses, vases, picture frames, etc.), however, to cater to the tourist clientele, they took down the home accessories in the displays, to display more jewelry. The staff, being extremely friendly, and receptive to my needs and wants, took the home accessories from the back, and displayed it out for me to see. That sort of customer service is the epitome of what is needed in every service establishment. She took ample amount of time to listen to what I liked and collected, and took the time to look in the back to show me something I may be interested in, all the while engaging me in conversation, making me feel welcome in the store, and not making me feel like I’m burdening her.
Although, they no longer have home accessories in that particular store, that particular associate (I may have her name, and I will add it later), raised their rating to 5 stars.

Swarovski is awesome. But the server is not professional. When I came to store, he don’t even said «welcome» or «everything good» something like that. He just focus himself doing something what I don’t know, I was walk around the store but he still no reaction, until I asked about the rang if have size. I have very bad experience on today!

I purchased a ring here about a year ago (customer service was amazing) but a crystal fell out of it about a week ago. Perfect timing because we had a trip planned to Vegas so I brought it with us hoping they could fix it or replace it. I brought it in and the girl said no problem and replaced it! This is what customer service should be like! No questions asked and replaced it with a smile. Thank you!

I frequent this store often when shopping for really special gifts for family and friends. This location is always immaculate and organized, and the selection is amazing considering that it is such a compact space. I was in earlier this week and I have to say that the sales staff are always super friendly and helpful and make it a pleasure to shop at this location. Well done and thank you! Viva Swarovski!

We did receive good service on the first day of their annual sale running starting after Christmas day. This is the second year we did shopping on this store during the sale events. Somehow this store seems to had better inventories than other ones for the sale items.
We came to return one of the items a few days later and no question was asked.
