They will do everything to get you to buy a phone and sign a contract but when it comes to following up with what they say they will do, they don’t. Bryan was really helpful. I like this location best because their customer service is better than most.

I had a really awesome experience here. Jimmy was a awesome person he was very helpful, had dope energy, answered all my questions and gets everything done really fast. I appreciate all his help, he made sure I got exactly what I wanted and that is what makes my experience very great. He’s really good at what he does and has excellent customer service. His managers should definitely know how awesome there employee is. Thanks Jimmy your the best.

Ask for Jimmy at the West Lake Mead location. I have been with T-Mobile for a few years now. I don’t even live near Summerlin anymore, but if I ever have any questions or want to purchase a new device, I will make the special trip out there to see him. My boyfriend and I have all Samsung devices, and he made sure that we were completely comfortable with our phones before leaving the store. I’ve highly recommended him to my friends and coworkers.

Besides being severely understaffed for a Sunday morning and having no chairs in the place, the staff was alright. I think someone may have called out that morning. One of them did bring out chairs for some elderly customers, which was nice. Only three stars because nothing fantastic for me personally, but I’ve had worse customer service at tmobile before.

Great service! I’m a customer for life now its been a year and I have nothing but good comments. They were patient, helpful, and knowledgable. I came into tmobile after receiving terrible service and being lied to by Verizon Wireless. Jimmy greeted me at the entrance and asked me about what I was looking for in a phone, then helped me find literally THEPERFECTPHONE, while keeping it under my budget. He then helped me pick out the perfect plan for my usage. They’ve always been helpful whenever I need to change something or have a concern, also.

Went to tmobile with a broken s4 and the associate that helped me was named jimmy, he tried fixing my phone but I decided to upgrade. He was more then helpful and totally informative on my new phone, he transferred all my data, put on my screen protector and phone case and took a lot of extra time showing me all the features of my new phone. Jimmy was so nice and sooooo helpful, it was the best trip to tmobile I’ve ever had!

I love this store; the staff is always so helpful. I just upgraded my phone and they did everything for me. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for ten plus years and just started going to one of the stores instead of using my online account. I so prefer to go to the store they make everything so easy and help with everything. They even put on the screen protector for me.

Received awful customer service from an employee named Diego. I came in looking to get either the Galaxy 6 or the iPhone 6. I have a different carrier now and I wanted to switch over to Tmobile. Unfortunately my interaction with Diego was enough to make me walk out of the store. He insisted on running a credit check(even though I told him that I wanted to purchase the phone upfront at full cost). He wouldn’t even consider talking to me without running a credit check and was incredibly condescending and rude throughout the process. I had questions about the check(which I passed…) and he failed to tell me it was a HARD and not a soft check. I only found out because I received an email from my credit website that informed me. It’s not worth the hard credit check for a phone and I would never have agreed to it if he had been honest about it.

went in on a wednesday about noon, the place was jam packed. waited around for a good 45 minutes before we were next up for service, from there everything went quick. was able to cancel a feature on my moms plan, and make the switch over from att for myself and finally upgrade to a smartphone. the customer service was pleasant, i dealt with 2 different associate who were glad to assist me. my only quarrel was that i specifically asked not to be placed on the jump plan, but was put on it. i originally went to this location to remove the jump feature off my mothers plan.
