Tangerine Office Machines

Our office has a copier serviced by these guys. I cant comment on their price, I dont know coz i am not incharge of payment.
This comment is just based on the ease of getting support from them:
1) The tech that comes is very friendly and often resolves the issue immediately. Though there was a time that he had to comeback because the part needed had to be ordered. But it was okay. Their staff calls and keeps me posted of the delivery, they also kept calling me for the schedule, I guess to make sure I know they are coming. They tend to call too much but I guess that’s okay
2) Staff are generally good not super friendly, more like straightforward. But that’s okay as long as they are efficient. Like I said they keep me updated of things and that’s good.
3) They also periodically call to check if I still have toners and drum stock coz if not they’ll schedule a delivery. I appreciate that pro-​active effort.

Bought a Xerox printer for our office here. They were very friendly and the price was fair. They came out right away to hook it up and its been working great. I also order toner and it comes the next day. Thank you!
