It pains me to write negative reviews but sometimes it’s what has to be done. The positives of my experience were that they offer an express line for M Life members… USEIT! The line was crazy long and I can’t understand anyone waiting for hours to eat. The staff were agreeable and accommodating. Our waiter was Fe, he was awesome and smiley. We were seated by a nice lady. I didn’t get her name but she was cute and short. None of the hostesses got annoyed with our request to sit at a booth so that was pretty cool. Okay. The food is really what people come here for and I really wasn’t very impressed. I have eaten here before and I recall there being a better selection and more that I wanted to eat. I should note that I wasn’t super hungry though so perhaps that posed a problem. I had a small plate that consisted of mashed potatoes and gravy(good), broccolini(good but cold), cold shrimp(hard to mess up), mushrooms(good), and half of a baked chicken breast(also good). When my husband returned with tons of stuff on his plate I stole several pieces of bacon and ate that with my remaining potatoes and that was pretty much the highlight of my meal. Bacon and mashed potatoes hit the spot for me. I requested some coffee so I could figure out dessert. I came back with a walnut brownie(pretty tasty), a double chocolate cookie(I didn’t like it), a small pecan pie(standard taste), a small key lime tart(very tart, probably good but I wasn’t in the mood I think), and I think that was it. I made my husband eat the key lime tart and the cookie and then we were out of there. I would be beyond annoyed with all of this had the meal not been free due to a MyVegas voucher.

Warning people, the gourmet dinner does not start at 3pm like it says on their website! I wanted to try a new buffet in Vegas so decided to try the one in Bellagio. We arrived around 2pm on a Saturday so that we can try the gourmet dinner that starts at 3pm. The weekend brunch is just alright, the only great thing are the crab legs and the omelette. When 3pm rolled around, I was excited to try the lamb chop. After asking several times and being told it would be ready in 5 min, the lamb chops did not get served till 3:40pm. Even though it was only 40 min late, that is still false advertising! When I did finally try the lamb chops, it was not good at all. I took one bite and couldn’t have any more. The only good item was the Alaskan king crab legs they serve during gourmet dinner. The Alaskan king crab legs did get served around 3pm. They served 2 stars for that.

I did my research before coming here, listed consistently as one of the best buffets in vegas, and well, it didn’t disappoint. We came for supper, but we came on a weekday and early(around 4:30) to avoid the line. And boy are we glad… by the time we left, which was just past 7, there was a line that went out to the entrance of the buffet already! It’s not the most expensive buffet, supper cost about 37 dollars, which is pretty decent, considering how expensive things are on the strip.(Literally, one banana was selling for 1 $ each at Walgreens… so much for trying to be healthy) The food is pretty good too, there are snow crab legs(which were awesome), Kobe beef(YUMMMM), Sushi and Tuna or Salmon Poke(drools), and a variety of other things. The variety doesn’t quite beat Bacchanal, but I think the quality may have been ever so slightly better… that or I just liked their crab more hahaha. The pasta was pretty unimpressive, but come on, nobody goes to a buffet for pasta… The only complaint that I have is that their dessert table is a bit small compared to the other places… and they don’t have a gelato bar! They do have 2 machines that are self served soft serve ice creams/sorbets, but it’s nothing like standing behind the glass of the gelato bar staring into the wonderful colours of different flavors of gelato. The other desserts are actually pretty good, though by that time I was already up to my ears in food… so it makes it a little harder to appreciate All in all, it was a good meal, worth the price! But if you’re here just for the dessert you may leave disappointed.

Just as good as I remember it! Granted, the crab legs were previously frozen, but it’s a buffet in the middle of the desert after all. I stuffed my face with about 3 pounds of crab legs, about 6oz of Kobe beef, a small portion of some of the best beef stroganoff that I’ve ever tasted, and an entire rack of lamb! Ended the night with a small dessert sampler and I’m surprised I was able to walk out of there on my own! Well worth the $ 50 for the gourmet dinner on the weekends IMO.

This buffet rests on the laurels of the Bellagio name, which is probably why people line up constantly. With our mlife card, we got to bypass the general line, and were sadly in and out before the people at the end of the line even had a chance to eat! I dont recommend eating here unless you’re comped. Our service was very courteous, and prompt, which earns the buffet 1 star, and the buffet gets another star for some good desserts and mainly its poke bar(which I braved despite the warnings of potential food poisoning and fortunately did NOT experience). There’s also tartare served behind the poke counter area – be sure to ask for it. Other than that, the prime rib was dry and flavorless, as well as the Kobe beef. Glad I didn’t pay full price for this meal. Don’t think I’ll ever be back again either.

It’s been years since my last visit to the Buffet at Bellagio, it was the premier«IT» buffet to stuff your face, before the Wynn Buffet, Bachannal, or Wicked Spoon came on board. To my delight it is still very good, for reasonable prices($ 39), which included snow crab legs and KINGCRAB legs which is a plus for buffet standard nowadays since the king crab prices has gone up exponentially due to demand in China. The dessert section was fabulous, I thought the desserts was complete from cakes, to mousse, to pudding, to ice cream. For the meat lover, they have organic turkey, prime rib, and Kobe beef… all good according to my meat lover kids. Now why the one star off, they charge kids 4 and over full price. I think in other Vegas buffets, they would charge ½ price for kids under 8, but here at Bellagio it’s full price for your little kiddo. That is overcharging folks, and greedy… But overall, I think it’s a viable option if you’re looking for trying out a gourmet Vegas Buffet…

Will recommended. The options is a lot. Even we went there at the brunch time. There are tons of options for cakes. The line is not long at all when you go there at afternoon around 2−3pm. Also, their orange juice is freshly squeezed which taste much better than others. I like the smoky salmon. Cons, only a little bit asian fusion food, might be because of the brunch time.

I tried this buffet with a friend on a Thursday for lunch and I have to say that I was quite disappointed by the quality/price ratio of the place. First things first, the buffet is ideally located on the strip inside the Bellagio hotel. The hotel has a rather large parking structure that allows you to park without too many difficulties. You should note that the parking structure will become paid very soon though. My main issue with this buffet is the price. This is easily one of the most expensive buffets in Las Vegas, and as such, you would expect to get absolutely top-quality food. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The food is good but nothing exceptional for the price, thus leading to a low quality/price ratio. Service is pretty good, but alcohol is not included in the price so be ready to spend even more if you want to include that in your meal. Overall, I would not recommend this buffet since many others are just as good as well as much cheaper. Stay away from tourist traps! Feel free to message me should you need any additional information.

I decided to visit The Buffet at the Bellagio as I’ve had great memories with my family there. Sad to report that they’ll be kept as memories as their current menu is disappointing. I came here during Monday, Memorial Day, and the menu was brunch themed, $ 35.99 or $ 53.99 for unlimited champagne. I didn’t mind, who doesn’t love a good brunch with bottomless mimosa? Let’s start with the quality of food, it had depreciated. Their prime rib fried rice had little to none meat. The craving station had a selection of prime rib(loved that we can cook it medium vs medium rare), honey glazed ham, and home made sausages. All basic meats. As for their seafood, thawed snow crab legs, smoked salmon, and cocktail shrimps. They did have a sushi making station so I suppose you can accredit it as part of the seafood selection but it was lack luster. Being a bruch themed, they had the typical pancakes, mini waffles, oatmeal, grits, etc. These all fall short of standards as well as the hollandaise sauce on the egg Benedict was flavorless. I will not revisit Bellagio’s buffet again as the quality of the food does not match up to their price.

47.99 getting high quality of seafood & desserts They have«Topnotch» quality king crab leg, where its REAL refers to «natural sweet» & tender w/fresh hot butter dip. They use to have the BEST veal(baby cow; tender soft) but this time, they don’t have it. Their desserts are the best, they use to have the fresh made eclairs but they don’t have it this time. But the light cream mousse were the best compare to Wynn & encore’s buffets.

The Buffet at Bellagio was the very first buffet that I got try in Vegas and my tummy is quite satisfied. My friends and I came for lunch around 2pm and stayed for dinner which started at 3pm. Basically, two meals for the price of one! Yes! The total came out to be about $ 27 for lunch. We didn’t even have to wait since we came for a late lunch on Monday. However, when we were leaving around 4pm, there was quite a long line for dinner. Once we got in, we were seated quite far from the all the food selections. But I guess it was a blessing in disguise since we needed exercise for all the food we were about to devour. We stayed for about 2 – 3 hours and sampled the majority of the items at the buffet. I skipped the bread and pasta selection since they were not worth it to me to try. Some of my favorites from lunch/dinner was the salmon and tuna poke, tuna hand roll, seared salmon, salmon nigiri, steak flank, bbq ribs, prime rib, ratatouille, and the various dessert options. I couldn’t stop going back for seconds on the salmon and tuna poke. The fish was fresh and tasted amazing with the spicy mayo sauce that they had. The sushi selection was small and I didn’t bother to try any besides the salmon/tuna nigiri. Wish they had more selection of sushi. The choice of meat that they had were all delicious and I should have asked for smaller slices beforehand because the meat fills you up! They even made the bacon just how I like it– crispy but not burnt crispy. I was also loving the dessert section. You can choose from white chocolate nutella cone, mango coconut panna cotta, cheesecake, cannolis, frozen custard, flan, etc. For me, the only disappointment from the buffet was the crab legs. They were cold and definitely lacking in flavor. I was expecting better crabs legs from this buffet. I did see families with piles of crab legs on their table, so I guess there were some people who did enjoy it. Tip: Go towards the end of lunch around 2pm and stay for dinner! ;)

Let me just say that I would give this a 3.5 Stars because I have to give extra love for our wonderful server Regina. But service aside, the food here didn’t blow my mind. I think it’s one of the better Vegas hotel buffets but the selection overall could improve. We came at 2:30pm and had the lunch buffet which extended over to the dinner buffet at 3pm. From lunch to dinner, there wasn’t that big of a difference except they did bring out the snow crab legs and crawfish and took away the breakfast items. Also the meats changed and they took away the BBQ ribs and came out with the prime rib. The sushi at any buffet was just below average but I did like the poke especially the salmon poke with the spicy mayo sauce on the side(dinner item?). Meats were good and I especially loved the BBQ ribs from lunch. I’m not really into snow crab but other tables had plates full of them(you know they’re getting their money’s worth!). Desserts had an okay selection and the standout favorites of mine were the mango panna cotta and the cheesecake. The tiramisu panna cotta was also good. They have a soft serve ice cream machine but I barely touched it since it melted right away in my bowl. I liked that they have a variety of soups and miso soup was a nice way to end my meal. If you play MyVegas, you can save up enough loyalty points to redeem for a free weekday lunch buffet meal at Bellagio or even do a BOGO if you can’t get enough. Quite an amazing deal. I certainly ate my money’s worth which happened to be for the price of air.

The Buffet at Bellagio is OK. I got a lot of items, mostly snow crab legs though(you got to win at the buffet!). I also got eggs benedict, bacon, sausage, California rolls(I know), and a spring roll. All were OK. The best were probably the desserts. I had a small pecan tart and a carrot cake for dessert and both were great. The wait on a Sunday after check-out was about 15 min. The price was about $ 32. The ambiance is alright.

We came on a Tuesday night around 8PM and saw a lot of people dressed up. I expected this to be the«crème de la crème» of buffets at Vegas but was pretty disappointed by the food offered. Service: Front desk was professional but not very warm or inviting … or happy. Maybe because they were overwhelmed by the number of people waiting to get in? Thankfully I had purchased a pass prior to going so I got to use the VIP line but even then I had to wait 15 minutes or so to be seated. Our server was Victor and he was FABULOUS — An older gentleman who had wonderful stories, great sense of humor and was extremely accommodating — We love you VICTOR! If we come back it would be for him: D Food: Was surprisingly mediocre. I just expected more interesting things to try but everything was pretty basic with the exception of the Kobe carving station and tuna poki. I’m not a picky eater but with the price this place was charging you would expect better.

We have eaten many times at the Bellagio buffet over the years, both for breakfast and dinner, and the quality has been consistently satisfactory. However, two trends are apparent and both are unfortunate. First, the buffet used to be very innovative, with offerings you would not find elsewhere, such as exotic fruit, goose, beef wellington, interesting seafood, etc. One by one these have disappeared, along with the Chinese area carving station, the breakfast ham carving station, and a few other touches. I guess the management felt that people were not eating the more unusual foods and replaced them with commoner fare. So the buffet is not so special anymore. Second, the price has gone up even faster than restaurant prices in Las Vegas generally. At $ 35 for breakfast and nearly $ 50 for a «gourmet» dinner — not really so gourmet — it is just too expensive for what you get. Even for a major resort. You sort of feel cheated and that makes the food taste less appetizing.

My mom and I had just finished watching the fountain water show and then headed inside the casino/hotel for our buffet dinner. The line to wait was around the corner. We waited over an hour. I had my mom sit down at one of the slot machines until it was our turn to finally eat. Once we got to our table we were pretty much on our own. I think I saw the sever for our table twice and all we needed were refills on drinks. Luckily, the restaurant did a great job replacing food because we didn’t have to wait. There were sooo many food options that my game plan for most buffets is to take very small portions of everything and then go back for the items I actually like. The seafood section was the most crowdest and luckily me or my mother were interested. The food was good but not omg. I need to come back again tomorrow. I wasn’t a huge fan of their desserts. I was so full but I still managed to get my ice cream cone. The dining area was clean as well as the bathrooms. My mom enjoyed her meal and the experience. I would love to check out some other buffet spots in Vegas to compare. For now, I’ll give it a 3.5 leaning towards 4. Lol

I firmly believe that this buffet is one of the best in Vegas. I rank it highly because of the food quality to price ratio. I’ve been to almost all the Vegas buffets and this buffet has one of the best seafood selections. There are KINGCRAB legs. That in itself makes the buffet worth it to me. King crab is about $ 30 dollar a pound so just keep that in mind. Most buffets serve snow crab which is NOT nearly as expensive. There is also salmon/tuna poke and salmon nigiri! The dessert selection is great too! So many different things to try and they’re all adorably plated too. If you’ve already gone to Carnival at Rio, Wicked Spoon, and Bacchanal, I highly recommend this place! Many people complain about the long wait times, but EVERY buffet in Vegas is going to have a similar 2 – 3 hour wait time, so I completely disregarded that in my review because I find it to be irrelevant. My review is solely based on food quality and price. However, I do recommend coming around 4:30 to get in line because it can get pretty bad at 6pm. Note: Different items are served during the holidays. Holiday pricing is also higher without much change in quality. I’ve tried both, but I prefer the regular one!

Disappointed, very. When you goto Vegas for a nice buffet, you go for the one with brand names. Pairs, Bellagio, Wynn. That’s why we choose Bellagio, and the result? Very disappointed comparing with its reputation. We arrived in Vegas earlier than expected, which means the dinner plan changed to a late lunch. Good news is no waiting line and price is cheaper, bad news is that the choices of the food is quite limited. First of all, where does all the seafood go? There is a section for cocktail shrimp, a section for seafood salad, a couple of hot dishes for salmon and cod. Then that’s pretty much it. Lobster? Crab? Oyster? Clams? None exist. Seriously it got less seafood choices than any decent buffet in any American city. And, don’t get me started in the salad section. I didn’t plan to feed on salad, but the choice is way too less. When I look at the few options of lettuce leaves, croutons, and dressing, I feel I was in old country buffet. Maybe because there are more and more Asian people coming to visit, they added sushi session and some Chinese dishes. The quality and choices of those dishes are not impressive though. OK, they got lots of choices for pizza and pasta. Unfortunately I seldom eat carbs expect during buffet time, so it’s not attractive to me. It’s common sense. Who feeds on pasta in buffet? Unless it comes with black truffle sauce, I won’t eat one bite of pasta in buffet time. And the ice cream machine… seriously? Not gelato, just a pull handle ice cream machine like old country buffet? We’re in Bellagio, one of the most expensive hotel in Vegas and I definitely didn’t expected to see that ice cream machine here. I’ll stop the whining and change to some positive feedbacks. Beef dishes are good. I tried both steak and beef brisket, both are very juicy and tender. Make sure to ask the chef to cut you thin slice though otherwise it’s too thick. Talking about chef, can they smile a little bit? Dessert section is impressive, I must admit. Tons of choices and they kept changing them. Half of my lunch I was feeding on dessert. Very colorful and beautiful, unfortunately quite rich at the same time. Here is something interesting, at around 4pm when we finished and about to leave, half of the guests in the eating area rushing to the seafood section and line up. It turned out that the crab legs are out and they looks pretty fresh. Too bad we’re very stuffed and couldn’t take another bite. We didn’t even bother to get into the line. In general, I’m very disappointed at my experience here in Bellagio buffet. I’m not coming back here again.

I came out of this buffet feeling very full and very satisfied. Expect a wait, especially for dinner, but the line moved fairly quickly. Prices are cheaper for Monday-Thursday and lunch dining in general. There are SO many options. Some highlights are king crab legs, prime rib, pesto mashed potatoes, their huge selection of deserts, lots of pasta options, fresh breads, roasted cauliflower, salmon, poke, and more. They also have a great salad bar, and some alright Asian cuisine options(i.e. Stir fry dishes). Everything I had was delicious. I could not even try everything I wanted to try. Everything I had was good, and the staff does a good job of cleaning up dishes, refining drinks, and restocking fresh food in a timely manner. It is a wonder how they do it all because of the sheer variety of dishes and number of people who dine here. Pace yourself, and enjoy the all-you-can-eat(and all-you-can-drink if you choose that option as well)!

I thought triple B’s stood for the Better Business Bureau… after coming here for years, I find that nowadays it stands for Bellagio’s B-list Buffet as it’s really a 3 star buffet with king crab… thought about giving 4 stars, but the back to back food poisoning wouldn’t allow it. The 10 year decline… –Lobster ravioli morphed into mushroom ravioli which then just recently morphed into cheese ravioli. Doh! — Mango floating islands became some apple dish in a glass. –Rack of lamb(which is my favorite protein) is really gamey tasting, gray and under-seasoned…like it should have been tossed 2 days earlier. This is the 3rd time I’ve found it as such(should probably knock it off the menu). –The macaroons used to be big and pillowy, moist and fresh… now they’re small and nothing special –Chilean sea bass turned into barramundi(recent downgrade) –Peeled shrimp went from extra large to large(changed a while ago) To top things off, the food poisoning! I literally had to sprint for the bathroom upon leaving… I’m blaming the salmon and tuna poke on that one… I know the tuna wasn’t fresh… and it’s hit me the last two visits. Fool me twice, shame on me. What worked: –Decent prime rib –King crab(they will heat it up for you in the back near the Mexican station) –Pesto mashed potatoes are spot on –Service is always pretty good –They added a caviar station near the«run for your life» poke –Value…you can still go right before dinner and pay the lunch price if you time it right. Hashtag winning. If you are in Vegas and need a buffet, hit up Bachannal at Caesars… this one lost it’s luster years ago.
