They did a carpet and tile job for us and I couldn’t be happier.

We had a house flood from a toilet over flow. We needed everything. new laminate, linoleum, and carpet and we had to go through an insurance claim… a first for us.
We had the servpro guys and the adjuster all very nice .but then arrived the flooring guy. Sid my new BFF… from the moment he came in he was just so nice and easy to work with. We are 60 miles from his store but he offered to bring samples over to us anyway. We ended up going into the store where Sid got to play mediator between the hubby and I. And in the end we all made great choices.
Sid called and kept us up to date and shortly thereafter the 1^st crew arrived to lay to laminate… fast neat and friendly. did a spectacular job in no time. The next week the 2^nd crew arrived –it was a long hard day and they were pro’s; brothers I think… they were meticulous and amazing. 5 additional stars to both teams GREAT WORK!
Bottom Line Sid did everything he said he would do followed up many times, saved us a few bucks and left us feeling like we made a new friend! Can’t wait to get the kitchen done now.

Purchased a house in Henderson and the tile was cracked in various places. After dealing with the builder it became clear we couldn’t replace the broken ones and were going to be looking at a much bigger job. I was referred to The Flooring Center by my fiancees dad as they did a great job on their house and so I figured it was worth a shot.
First time in I met with Sid — he showed me their selection, options, and I put together a package on which he gave me an excellent quote. He visited our house and mapped things out and we came back and got down to business. It turned out to be a bigger job than I expected but Sid continued to work with me on price and got it down to a number I was happy with.
The installation went well — my tile installer Derek was a great gentleman and gave me some great tips about the neighborhood as he lives in the area. His crew was friendly. They did an excellent job on the tile — the cuts they made were precise and everything turned out straight and level. I got carpet as well and it looks great.
My only qualm was that I wasn’t informed about how messy they would leave things — even though their review paperwork specifically startes things to the effect «things were left clean». I expected a bit of dust, but there was pieces of cement back in cabinets, streaks of grout left on the wall, and a thick coat of dust everywhere except the counters which they wiped off. Lesson learned — if you get tile done be prepared to have a cleaning crew in the next day to clean up — and change the air filters soon thereafter.
If you go with these guys say you got a referral from Chris Duke for a discount and I would defiantly say work with Sid — he is an understanding guy with a no pressure sales tactic that worked well for me and much appreciated.
