The Law Office of Darren L Weiss, P.C.‘s President, attorney and Counselor at law, Darren L. Weiss, Esq. was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2000 and is an active member in good standing, with no record of discipline. His sub affiliations within the Nevada State Bar include the Family Law Section and the Bankruptcy Section.

He also has been admitted to practice in Federal court in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada since 2000.

Mr. Weiss earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1998 (Law Degree) from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento California, which was jokingly and affectionately referred to as, «The Nevada Law School» before Nevada in fact actually had its own law school. In addition, McGeorge warded Mr. Weiss a special adjunct to his law degree acknowledging his concentration in federal tax law.
