Worst customer service I have ever experienced. One of the employees, a big bald guy, actually gave me a dirty look, stares me down and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. First they didn’t explain the cost of faxing services before faxing my documents. They then tried to charge me for long distance when the area code was different but the phone number was for a local business and the address for the business was local. I argued A) because they are charging more for long distance when no phone provider charges extra for long distance anymore, and B) because if they would have called the number they would have known it was a local number. I had to pay because they had already faxes my documents. I had to wait in the store for a confirmation sheet and felt uncomfortable and stayed on my phone so that nothing could happen. When I asked if there was a manager I could complain to I was told no.
