The UPS Store

Sent a package out for my daughters 14^th birthday, and the customer service girl forgot to type in the Apt#. I had to track the package and now call the USPS and figure out what happens to it?

Great service to start. I needed to overnight a broken work computer to office in St Louis because I received a replacement. But would not take credit card from company IT dept because we could cancel payment ($ 112) and they would lose money? WTF. This could happen regardless at anytime. This is cost of doing business. Customer service people. You don’t refuse to do your business of choice because of fear. You close shop and go open a donut shop, so when they cancel payment for a dozen you don’t lose your house.

I stumbled upon the store one day while looking for an alternative in the area to a local competitor for I received bad service. The staff in the store did not disappoint me. I had a pre-​paid label on a box, and after a prior experience elsewhere, I was leery to drop it off.
Not only did they receive money prepaid label box with open arms. They provided me with the receipt containing the tracking number. Wow, was this a change from the place across the street! I realize that prepaid labels do not produce any income for such a small business franchise. I also believe that owning a small business, you cannot afford to turn away customers or provide for service. Great customer service and kindness are things that we all remember.
Since that first day with my prepaid label. I have returned to the store several times with both prepaid labels and to use their paid services. The store has a nice selection of legal documents and reasonably priced PO boxes.
I had to write this review because even though most postal franchises offer many of the same services, I’ve been compelled to drive out of my way to patron this store based on the great customer service. I always receive.
