I saw the other Unilocal reviews on here and decided to give this place a try. I’m so glad I did! This place is in a great location, and the owner/employee’s are very friendly. I don’t know hardly anything about bike’s, but I wasn’t intimidated at all trying to explain the problem I was having with a recurring flat bicycle tube for my son’s bike. The price was very reasonable, and it was fixed up in a snap with a smile. I highly recommend giving this shop a try. Thanks Vault!

Incredible service! You guys did an excellent job on my bike. Love the shop, always clean with a visible work area for the mechanic. No back room shady stuff going on here. Great job.

The staff at The Vault is awesome! We are not seasoned riders (by any means) but have started riding regularly with our young kids. We took our bikes in for service and had them back quick enough to enjoy the long weekend. Honest and resonably priced — we’ll recommend to all of our neighbors!

Bad ass bike shop. Mike and Chris are very knowledgeable on bike’s. Remind me of N Cal bike shops. This is nice to see a bike shop in the NM part of the valley.

Had my road bike tuned up and purchased 2 awesome cruisers! Could not be more pleased with the service, prices and staff of The Vault! This is the best bicycle shop I’ve seen since, ever! You have go to check it out!

Took my road bike into The Vault for a long overdue tune up. The guys took the time to listen to my concerns, make recommendations and lastly performed a bike fitting session. The is customer service the way it should be. I won’t take my bike to any other location, it only took three different shops to finally find the right one.

Been waiting for this place for a while now. Heard a rumor these guys were going open a shop. I was pumped. These are the only people I trust working on the bike I treasure like life itself.
Full service, sales and great place to hang in Aliante area. Really a drivb e from my place but well worth the journey.

So friendly and helpful. I wont go anywhere else. I’ve already gotten 2 bikes from the owner mike and can’t wait to pick out the 3rd for my son. I felt a little out of my element choosing a new bike, but they are so knowledgeable and took the time to help me find a great bike for husbands Surprise gift :) he loved it.
