Trapeze Las Vegas

I cannot begin to tell you how much fun this was!
First off, the experience: The lessons are held outside the Sports Center and there are many different types of trapeze activities you can do. I had the very dynamic and fun trio of Keith, Stephanie, and Chris (who also performs as one of the bad guys in the Cirque Du Soleil show ‘KA’). This team is fun, witty, and patient. If you don’t have a good time with them, most likely there is something wrong with you. Instruction goes by at a fast pace, but nothing overly complicated. They adjust to your skill level and give you personalized instruction after each run. They are very focused on getting you the most runs possible for your time as long as you can understand and perform what they say.
Now the lesson: It was my first time trying trapeze lessons so I was a total greenpea. But with the team’s instruction, I was able to get my knee hanging and double backflip dismounts with no problem as well as catching a partner. The instructor will yell instructions to you step by step. Just do what they say and everything will fall into place. That simple.
I paid $ 40 for 1.5 hours and it was worth every penny. Amazing experience and I want to get more advanced with this!

This was so incredibly fun!!! One of friends decided to celebrate her birthday by having a group of us attend this class. It was amazing!!! Almost as much fun to watch everyone try as it was to fly through the sky yourself. The leaders were fantastic and I always felt safe and secure, even while flying upside down by my knees. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a bit of a thrill while in Las Vegas or for any local who wants to do something they will always remember.

My girlfriend and I went here because we saw a groupon online and thought it would be a cool experience in Vegas, it was! The staff was friendly and joking the whole time, making us feel really welcome. After our turns on the trapeze, we would get constructive feedback on how to improve for our next turn. My girlfriend was much better at it then I was, but they made the experience individualized, telling her how to do more advanced maneuvers while I stuck to the more basic ones.
Also shout out to June, the dog, for being a comforting presence that helped ease my nerves, I’m afraid of heights.

My littles take classes at the Studio and LOVE it! Everyone there from Owners, to instructors and other staffers have been so kind and welcoming. I would recommend to anyone wholeheartedly.

Last year I experienced Trapeze Las Vegas for the first time and was hooked. Although I had to take a year off, the classes were so good that there is nothing more I’d like to come back to. Everyone I’ve referred has loved it as well. The instructors are knowledgeable, safe, encouraging, and kind. This is how I overcame my fear of heights. If you haven’t done this, it is a must do and definitely more than once.
I can’t wait to come back and take more classes now that I am back in the groove.

I’ve been to Vegas many times but man… this has to be at the top of my list. The instructors (Chris, Thalius, and Nick) are amazing. Easy, step by step tutorials help you feel confident while flying thru the air.

Have you wanted to explore your deeply hidden secretly fantastic trapeze skills? This is the place to do it. Grab the Groupon and prepare to climb, jump, fall, twist, and flip for a few hours with a good group of other very random people.
As a self-​proclaimed «trapeze enthusiast in spirit», I fully expected half the class to be training, and the other half to be attempts to remember our training, getting up to swing once or twice. Call it a day, reflect on how poorly /​awesome we did, and grab drinks back at the hotel.
This was… not the case. After 5 solid minutes of training (hold the bar, try and swing, try and tuck and flip once or twice) we were climbing the ladder up to the platform, and were fully expected to just jump off and try to be amazing.
Well, the learning-​by-​doing concept worked for most of us. We had a class of 12 or so people, and they harnessed us up, put us in an order, and… we were jumping.
The first few times… jump off, try and get your legs up and under. The next few times… do the same thing, but then let go, look backwards, lift back up, jump off. Maybe you flipped off at the end. Maybe you just let go. Either way, you are harnessed in with a net below, so even if you decided to completely let go mid-​swing, you would land very bouncy-​bouncy and safe-​like, eager to try it again.
The skill level of our class varied, there were a few residents of Vegas that were regulars and were practicing trapeze on a completely different level than we were. Novice or pro — doesn’t matter. The instructors will assess your skill level and provide the very encouraging guidance you need to get better with each swing. They were fantastic the whole time — I think we went an extra 45 minutes just because we were having that much fun. Even when you completely suck (you’ll know it when you do it), they will provide fully positive and encouraging feedback. Each swing was captured on camera, so they could review your swing and show you what you did well and where you went wrong.
Even with a class of 12, I was able to get up there 5 or 6 times. The grand finale was the perfect execution of your swing, leg curl, and swing backwards to coincide with an instructor on another bar, ready to grab your hands a-​la professional style, wherein you let go, and get swung around a little under their control before you drop.
Not everyone got there, i’d say about 70% of our class executed it. I don’t mind saying I wasn’t one of them, I just didn’t get my legs up in time. It happens.
This is why there are more visits to Vegas, more Groupons, and more attempts at trapeze mastery.

My sister and I had the best time trying out trapeze together. The staff is super friendly and I felt very safe. By the end of the class we both wanted to join the circus and run away with our new trapeze friends. I highly recommend this activity for a girls night, birthday or even a company outing. It’s a ton of fun and there are plenty of great photo ops to remember the experience.

We tried this out from a Groupon 3 years ago and had a date night. It was a blast! We have taken our visiting family members, and every time the staff is super helpful, friendly, and so much fun! Keith (the catcher) is very encouraging and always smiling. Stefan, the owner is a great teacher and gives step by step instructions. They give time for each person to acclimate to whatever level they are comfortable doing. They even have a GoPro set up to watch ypurself after and see how you did! I will return yet again!!!

What a great experience! Not only are these guys knowledgeable, they are all very patient and encouraging. Although my husband was not eager to try this, (as we are both afraid of heights), he thanked me many times for urging him to try it because we both had such a fun time! A ‘must’ while in Vegas!

By far, one of the best experiences we have ever had in Vegas. The instructors (Chris & Stephan) were incredibly helpful, patient, and sociable. Although it can look intimidating at first glance, the step by step instruction and safety precautions made this activity very accessible. Although I am afraid of heights, the instructors gave me full confidence in the training. By the end of the lesson, my wife and I were both swinging from one trapeze to be caught by an instructor on another. In addition, their customer service went above and beyond. Great experience.

Awesome place! The staff was great, the class was so much fun! They worked with people really well and helped us learn new trapeze skills! The fluidity of the class was great and I felt safe and secure with their equipment. I definitely will be back!!!

Went here with 9 other girls for a bachelorette party! It was everyone’s first time and the instructors Stephen mike and Thaddeus were amazing! They were very funny and helpful. The first time was obviously very scary especially since it was everyone’s first time and we did not know what to expect but after the first and second time you get the hang of things. They took us step by step through everything. As long as you listen to their instructions and keep calm you’ll do amazing! A couple of our girls got the thumbs up to even do a swing catch which was amazing! The scariest part is going up the ladder and getting hold of the bar but after that it was very liberating. Definitely would recommend this place and would love to try it at night!!! You get a great view of the strip at the very top! Thanks guys again!

There are really good reasons this place is 5 stars on Unilocal.They are great with people, know their stuff, have a deep concern fir safety and most of all a focus on creating success for all the attendees. I would recommend to my friends without hesitation.

Purchased this groupon simply because it caught my eye. These people are awesome and they love their job. Short cab ride from the strip, about $ 10. It’s actually in a yard behind the sports complex. I was very afraid so the furthest I got was being harnessed and practicing on the stationary bar. My friend actually did the jump about 4 times but was not confident enough to do the catch. Me on the other hand went up the ladder and right back down. And was not judged because I decided not to jump. As a matter of fact, the owner (I forgot his name) suggested that I didn’t jump because when I got to the top of the ladder I was shaking and hyperventilating. With that being said, don’t be afraid. I’ve read reviews that showed pics of kids as young as 8 doing the jump. The woman who works there (I forgot her name) went as far as going up the ladder with me to make me feel comfortable. At that very moment and as comforting as the employees were, I just could not get past my fear of heights. Even after going skydiving and loving it.
Prior to the jump they will have you sign a waiver and do a tutorial of the jump on a stationary bar. Tip: wear comfortable clothing that covers your knees and just don’t wear any jewelry because you will have to remove it anyway. The groupon is good for 90 minutes and if the classes are small that means you jump more.

I have to say this is definitely something to try out while in Vegas. We did it as a group of 7, and it was a fun experience. On our first try we all had a good time getting over our fears, and by the time the 3^rd round came about… the staff had us looking like pros. AMAZING and fun staff that made the lesson a great time. Don’t let the location fool you… it’s at a residential location, and had us second guessing what we go ourselves into, but wouldn’t have passed this up. Very experienced staff. Got a 2 for $ 36 deal on groupon. 90min lesson… HIGHLY recommend.

On vacation from chicago. My daughter is twelve. she wanted to go to a trapeze las vegas class. she loved it so much, she went to a private training session the next day!!! All the staff was wonderful. The place was clean and safe. Great equipment. My daughter said it was so cool!!!

I have been coming here regularly for six months now, and I have loved every second.
I bought a punchcard on a whim, and here I am, six months later, addicted.
How many people can say that they have done flying trapeze? And how many people can say that most of their instructors were and are performers in circuses and Cirque shows around the world?
I always walk away from a class feeling much better than I did walking in. The staff is just incredible. They are all talented, supportive, and funny. Stephan has done a great job of putting together a team of people who make your experience one that you will never forget.
Try it once, and you’ll be addicted too.

My husband and I went last week on a Thursday night during our Vegas vacay and we can honestly say this was the most fun and exhilirating thing we’ve ever done. The instructors were awesome; we got to meet Dorian, Keith, Lisa, and Stephen. This was our first time trying the trapeze and I was a little hesitant with the heights and my lack of physical activity. But the instruction was great and kept me at ease. I never thought I could do a backflip in the air lol. Everyone in the class was progressing soo well that we were able to try two rounds of catches each. I would definitely do this class again with them!
My husband and I were staying in a hotel on the strip and it was an easy bus commute to this place. A little walk from the bus stop to this location, maybe half a mile. Good warmup for the class :)

This was a great and amazing experience! I would recommend trying this at least once! But I am definitely going back again!
Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. When you first pull up to the entrance, it looks a little bit iffy. Trust me you will want to go in!
The instructor Stefan is so great! He takes you first to a practice bar to show you how to get your legs up and hang upside down. Then we got 5 attempts or swings on the high trapeze bar. Incredible!!!
I would never have tried this but our friend already had done it and recommended it highly! It was definitely worth every penny and can’t wait to go back!
