Tuxedo Express/Creative Bridal Wear

I sent my wedding dress to them 2 weeks before our wedding. Within 10 minutes (FedEx notification) of my dress being delivered they called and let me know it had arrived. They cleaned and delivered my dress to the Luxor Hotel and casino on the day I specified. I was very nervous about shipping my dress but everything went very smooth. I highly recommend them!

We made a last minute decision to get married and only had about a week’s worth of time to plan the wedding. Due to the small window of time we had to get ready between arriving in Las Vegas and the actual wedding, I contacted multiple shops to work out the details as much as I could. Kelly was the only person to give me personable response that was not a copy and paste from the info I could already find online. The shop itself may not look lavish and showy, but the professionalism of the service and quality of product/​work I experienced makes me wish all the success to these people.

One word, amazing! You just do not see this good if customer service on a daily basis anymore.
I had been searching online for a place to ship my wedding dress to in Vegas so that it could be steamed. (It’s pretty big, so I didn’t want to take it through the airport.) I found Creative Bridal and let me tell you, they will put your mind at ease. I shipped my wedding dress, (now) husband’s suit, shirt and tie. They called me when they received the package. (Talk about putting your mind at ease!) They also deliver it straight to your hotel, and called me when it was delivered to my hotel, which it arrived right at the time they said it would. They are quick and easy to get ahold of, I used both email and phone. My items looked amazing when I received them.
This is the definitely the place to go for this service as we didn’t have an ounce of stress with it.

Creative Bridal Wear made the process of having a destination wedding easy and stress free. I shipped my dress to the hotel where they picked it up, steamed it and returned it ready to wear the next day. Not having to worry about it the dress being wrinkled and the ease of it being picked up and delivered back to the hotel allowed me to focus on enjoying our vacation and not the small details. Excellent customer service!!!

Two words: Easy Peasy! To Brian and Kelly from Creative Bridal Wear, for the Tuxedos, making it sooo incredibly easy to rent and return. Friendly, reasonably priced, great tuxs couldn’t ask for better service. They come to you size, drop off and pick up! If you’re from out of town, looking for tuxs look/​worry no further. A++++
