Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Maybe other locations would be excellent but this location is a joke. The general manager DK looks like Eileen from the movie monster with the attitude to match. As well as Brandon Smith who was the original person that helped me. This location is absolute joke and I have gone to corporate and am just doing my part to hope these two not only lose their jobs but get treated in the same manner they treat others.

Have nothing but good things to say about DK and this location. We will go out of our way to rent here, even if there is another branch next door to where we live.
They will explain everything quite clearly upon check-​in. From the gas gauge to the walk-​through. Mr. Bought Too Much Gas from the previous review was either not paying attention or is illiterate and couldn’t be bothered to even look at the pictures in the contract (for crying out loud, they give you a chart that explains exactly how many gallons to replace based on the current state of the tank — they even use a highlighter to illustrate it as they explain it to you) — either way, he’s blaming them for his inability to follow simple instructions. He deserves to be out the dough. Thankfully, they won’t have to deal with the likes of him again.
We have rented from them multiple times with zero problems. Excellent customer service. We have even driven across the valley to rent from them when the closer branch dropped the ball. If there is any badmouthing of other branches, it’s because this one has had to clean up their messes. They’ve done it twice for us. That’s why we just go straight here now. Most likely the badmouthing came from another customer, not the staff. I have always found the staff courteous and on the ball, even when DK is not there.
BTW, DK loves dogs and my Golden lives to visit any chance she gets.

Make them give you a truck with gas in it. I got a truck with only a quarter tank left and got no credit for filling it so that I knew I had enough gas to do what I needed. $ 86 of gas and all I got was «If you overfill, it’s your problem» Well, it’s also going to be your problem because I will never be back and I will be posting reviews like this one anywhere I can find. Wish there was a zero stars option.

This place was the only location near that had the right size box truck we needed. All in all service wasn’t that bad. The only thing I didn’t like was how the employees here trash talked about another U-​Haul locations right in front of me. That part they could keep to themselves because that’s just more information I didn’t want to know.
Make sure you start the trucks engine up after you gas up or the meter won’t move up with just the electricity powered on. If you don’t start up your engine you’ll put more gas back into the truck then needed. These trucks can take a lot of gas in their tanks so it’s not cheap.
I wish they mentioned that to their customers because most cars don’t need to be started to see how much gas was pumped into the tank.
