just got my hair done today. jay her nickname did my hair and she was waaay beyond helpful. she really took the time to address my hair needs. after the appointment everybody loved my hair and complimented it multiple times! this friday i have a hair appointment again for color and treatment. i had my brow wax done by kristen and she did an amazing job! most of the sales ladies saw it and i got so much compliments on it too! they were all very helpful with picking out the right color for my skin tone foundation wise. all in all this store is beyond amazing. staff is great, all the products are in stock, and the salon met me beyond my expectations!

Poor service. I had a scheduled eyebrow wax appointment. While I was waiting, I assume the manager walked over and did not say a word to me or see if I needed any help. After waiting for about 30mins, someone finally came up to me to offer me help. I was told they called to inform me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because technician would not be in. They have 2 numbers for me, no message at all. No apologies were offered. I will not be back at this Ulta.

I called yesterday to see if they had a last minute opening so I could get my hair done before my husband got home from a business trip and boy, did I luck out! They set me up with Bonnie who is not only down to earth and the most fun to talk to — she really listed to what I wanted in a hair style, walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. My hair turned out AMAZING!!! I’d highly recommend Bonnie if you are looking to try a new hair style or just want someone awesome who knows what they are doing when it comes to hair! Thank you Bonnie and Ulta! I will be back!

This store is just around the corner from where I live and that’s so convenient when ever I need make up. They have all brands in one place . One good thing is that you won’t have to wait in a long line to buy your favorite make up, just because the customer service is awful(worst customer service). I knew what I had to get but didn’t know where the brands where so I had to literally look for someone with a half smile to help me. I looked confused, I even looked at few ladies that weren’t doing nothing but talk to each other and I had to aproach them for one to help me out. Now that I know where the stuff I like I feel better that I don’t have to ask this ladies for«help». I rather go to the mall and wait on line but st list I will get helped and great with a smile.

The store: Ulta is one of my staples… This store has everything I need and the people are friendly. The salon: I just got my hair done by Bonnie. She’s fantastic! I highly recommend booking with her for your next cut&color!

Toni is the best, she helped me locate a highlight and when i said it wasn’t exactly what I wanted she steered me in a different direction and now i have a highlight that I love and would have never picked out on my own. She is super knowledgeable. The only thing from keeping this from a 5 star which is the same i find with all Ultas is that usually what I am looking for is out of stock and also my Ulta app never works in the store(or any other time). I also never get explained my points and I should be offered at every checkout to use them before they expire.

The location is good. Few customers in the store, no one in line to check out. Most ultas have too many people waiting in line and even shopping near sale items like nyx. This location needs some help or more qualified associates. Only because I knew the sales from the mailer did I know what I purchased was on sale. They had no signage informing shoppers.

I don’t know who the buyer is for this store but they should be fired. Seriously this place always looks like it was robbed. They have so little inventory it’s beyond funny. They never have their sale signs up for products in the monthly advertisement. If the sale starts on a Sunday, gee I dunno maybe have someone restock Saturday night? It’s so frustrating as if they want this store to go out of business. Just go to the Rainbow one the customer service is just as janky but at least they will have products.

Don’t bother coming here! Bad customer service. I made an appointment online. An hour after I made the appointment I received a message on my phone that the stylist I chose was not available for the 1pm appt and that she was available at 4pm, which was not going to work for me. I called the salon and told them what happened. They had no idea that I even had an appt. They didn’t show any appts in their system for me. So I set another appt for 330pm the following day. I make it to the 330 appt on time. I checked in and the lady who checked me in said the stylist, Bonnie, would be right with me. So I waited and waited, after 20 minutes I decided to walk around the store to kill time. At this point I’m getting so frustrated since my name still wasn’t called for my appt. After waiting for 30 minutes I left. This was such a waste of time. At almost 5pm I received a voicemail from Bonnie apologizing for what happened and that I could call her back to set up another appt and that she hoped I had a good day… Yeah right! Like I wanna waste anymore time with this joke of a salon! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

We live in the way Northwest Corner of the valley, so I was very excited when I saw this store was opening! The store is so nice, and had all the products I needed! I went in looking for a present for my husbands grandmother, and I asked an associate, Javi, for help and he took me to a cute little gift set that was perfect for her! All the associates are so friendly!

This was my first time at this Ulta, I usually go to LakeMead and Rainbow. The only reason i stayed to shop is because the hair stylist helped me tremendously! It is not her job to help customers, that would be the lame sales associates. I am known to drop a whole lot of money at Ulta every time I walk through the doors, at least $ 350.00 every time, not today…69.00 total. The products were not all in the right places, Shea(which was one product i wanted to try) was in multiple spots in the store(though they should all be together) The hair stylist found the black label product, in a totally different isle(i think under Joico) Not sure how you can mess that up Joico(bluish purple) Shea(brown clear bottle). I gathered all those up, then I was looking for American Crew for my husband(a different product I researched) None there, out of stock. Two other products I came for, out of stock. Ok, on to Clinique(i love and buy a whole lot) they do not carry that at that store… OK, she said they carry at all the other stores, not this one. Ok, I wanted to get some dermablend concealer and setting powder, NOONE could be bothered to help me, or the next lady looking at it. The sales ASSociates were too busy… doing…something else, not helping customers at all. So, on to a new heavy duty moisturizer… some kind of 100.00 stuff… no one even looked at me to help me! I am guessing the associates were helping the better dressed ladies and gents, as I was just dressed casual. Rule number 1, YOUCANNOTJUDGETHEAMOUNTONSPENDSBASEDONCLOTHINGWORN!!! Some of the wealthiest individuals dress down to go shopping… for a reason. Seeing the TRUE personality of people. And my perception of the hourly workers there, rude inconsiderate and seemed very aggravated to be there working. When I went to check out, I told the lady I did not print out my coupon, i will just look it up on my phone. She was so irritated, her name Brooke. Usually Ulta employees will help me, i need my glasses. Not today!!! Brooke had an attitude bigger than the room. I am the person who woll literally buy stuff i never need and i am a rollover! I asked for a different«free sample» not hair spray, «that’s all that we are giving out» ok… I usually get so much fun stuff try it out, go back and buy it… NOTTODAY!!! It was like, You are lucky to get 1 hair spray… Me: I do not use hair spray nor does anyone in my family, so i could care less about this little bottle of shit. I will never go back here, though 2.5 miles from my house, I will drive 10 miles to the other one!
