Ultimate Finish

I’ve had my marble floors finished using Ultimate Finish twice. I only use them because of the beauty they produce and the professionalism that follows. I highly recommend them and will continue having my floors polished by them. A+

First, let me say my marble floors are shiny and better. Now the bad. The main guy is a salesman and will say anything you want to hear. His workers were great, however.
He spent 20 min looking, measuring and quoting my marble floors & granite counter tops. When his workers arrived, they knew immediately (like in 30 secs) the floors had a coating on them that needed to be removed. They also told me the counter tops (which were new) could not be shiner because factory polishers are heavier.
When complete, my carpet was stained, grout dirty (see pics) and counter tops looked the same. In fairness, he probably would have fixed the carpet, but i just don’t want him back in my house.
Tip: its seems to me that most floor companies in Vegas charge about $ 1.50-$ 1.75 per square foot to clean and polish, fyi.

I called Jack up and told him about my need for Marble Polishing, Like yesterday. (I waited until the last minute) He told me he would do some checking and get right back to me and he did. Within 10 minutes of my call he put me on his schedule for eval. He made his way over to the home and gave me an estimate within 2 hours of my original call and they started the job first thing the next morning. They did awesome work, under budget and with plenty of time to spare. I will be calling them again.
