Ultimate Wireless Store – Einstein Repairs

TERRIBLE!!! I went there about 2 months ago to have my screen replaced. It was cheap, and it was done fast so I was happy! Meanwhile I had to go back to ultimate wireless 3 times since they had «fixed» my screen. due to it lifting etc. Well my iPhone broke this week! The camera was no longer working! So I had to go into Apple. When I went to Apple they inspected my phone and the worker came out and asked me where I had gotten my screen replaced. I told him, and he said that they had stolen camera parts out of my phone! And that wasn’t it! They stole many parts out of my phone!!! And the warranty was no longer good due to it! NEVER AGAIN! Not to mention the fact that I was very unhappy with the way they fixed my screen and when I tried to speak to Francisco about it he was extremely rude! I asked to leave a voicemail for the manager, and he handed me a business card to the store and said he wouldn’t give me the managers name or take a message. But that I could try and call the store, but the managers never in so it wouldn’t do me any good! Very upset with the customer service from Francisco, and the fact that he stole parts out of my phone!!! Terrible! I definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! I had a friend that went to the iPhone Dr last week and they treated her great and her phone looks good! And she never has had a problem, so if anything I’d try the iPhone dr! But don’t waste your money or time at ultimate wireless!

I’ve had my phone back replaced twice here. The last time a sticker was blocking my inside lens but Lupe took care of it for me. This is the only place I’ll come for iPhone repairs.

The WORST place to get your phone fixed or taken care of, because no one cares about it there. They’re in their time. I broke my iPhone screen and went in to get it fixed. Their service clerk said it would take 40 – 45 min. I came to pick it up and my phone was sitting on the back counter as if it had never been touched. Other customers came in and were serviced before me. All the while my dog was waiting in the car with the windows down in this hot cloudless day in Las Vegas. I was then furious because I waited an extra hour to get my phone to even be touched. They weren’t very busy the entire time which made me feel like they don’t care about customers time. This is THEE worst place to get your phone services from. Completely worthless. No stars are necessary. I never wrote reviews but this was in dire need. Maybe if they read this things will change, if not, I see their shitty building turning into an abandoned business in the near future.

About two months ago I took a vacation to Vegas and ended up losing my phone at one of the clubs. I looked around the next day but I had to leave back to California that morning so I never found my phone.
About a week later while at work, I received a call about my lost phone. It was an employee from Ultimate Wireless saying that someone had brought in the phone trying to sell it to them! The employee asked for my home address and had the phone delivered within a couple of days! I couldn’t believe it… I couldn’t believe the integrity and honesty of the associate at this store. I had figured my phone was lost but I had it back in my possession within a couple of days!
It was an iPhone with the Find My iPhone app so it was locked and in ‘lost mode’ so as soon as I got it back it was back in working condition! Thanks Ultimate Wireless for your honest service!

I broke my screen on my IPhone and was so disgruntled. My warranty had just ran out with Best Buy, and I didn’t know what to do! I was going to try to fix it myself, but that did not work out AT ALL! So a friend suggested I check out Ultimate Wireless, I went in, the staff was super friendly, they explained what they were going to do and my phone was fixed in 30 minutes and I am back on my merry way to IPhone Bliss! Thanks Ultimate Wireless!!!

Bought a defective black Otter box case for iPhone last week. Went to exchange it today and we told the case was dirty and he wouldn’t exchange it even with the 14-​day return policy! Case was not dirty. It was a week old.

I was looking into a new cell phone with web access, since I dine out a lot and can’t do any Unilocal check in with my Smithsonian cell phone that I have had since probably the early 2000. So I stopped by The Ultimate Wireless Store since it is just down the street from where I lived temporarily, so I can check out what the latest phones and plans are available. I actually was looking into a Verizon phone (which they don’t represent), but the staff were still very helpful in answering my questions (mainly about the Samsung Epic 4G on Sprint), and the various calling plans available and what would best suit my usage and needs.
They even told me that with a new phone like the HTC EVO 4G and Samsung Epic 4G, I am better off visiting a Sprint corporate store or ordering it online, since their allotment of these new phones are very limited. Basically they do the bulk of their business selling accessories, repair services, and the older «free» phones and prepaid phones.
Overall, I felt no pressure selling and help more informed about the latest phones on the Sprint and T-​Mobile network. So 4 stars for the helpfulness of the staff at The Ultimate Wireless Store, and if I need accessories for my new phone, I will be sure to stop by.

Fed up with crazy high cell phone bill, the wife and I decided to go check out what other options we have available. My wife uses her phone for work, but I just need it to make the occasional call to friends and family and for texts… So we headed to Ultimate Wireless because it was close by, open and sells T-​mobile, Sprint, and some pre-​paid carriers. We went in expecting to be hassled like most carrier owned stores. Instead we were greeted by a very helpful young woman, who once we told her our situation steered us from T-​Mobile, to Sprint which was cheaper and better met our needs. While we didn’t walk away with a new plan (have to wait for our other contract to expire) we had all of our questions (and there were many) answered, and we were not pushed into any particular plan, phone, or carrier. We will be back when our contract ends for sure!
Beyond phones and plans, they also sell plenty of phone accessories, and are an authorized Clear dealer as well.
