Vast Green Concepts

Again, A Bad review for this company.
The only two people they had working for them who was competent went to Solar City. The owner is someone who takes the money and runs, He used to work for Service first as a salesman, he was the reason I did not get solar 3 years ago.

If you hear the name Thomas Vast run! I will amend this rating if he finishes the job he started in April 2014. I was fooled because Thom, his wife and sales team seem so nice and caring. They appear community minded and want to better the world. Do not be fooled. I contracted with Vast Green Concepts to install a 7.5kwh solar electrical system along with electrical and energy efficiency upgrades. It cost me $ 40,000.00. It is now 8 months later and I am paying for the loan I took out for the system and Nevada Power as only half of my panels are working. He never completed the job. I released the final funds to him when he came to my work. I believed him when he said it was really important for me to sign the release and the work would be completed when I got home from work. Big mistake! The job has not been completed and they will not return any phone calls or email. The finance company I used (Green Sky) is assisting me now to get this work completed. I understand now Thom is closing Vast Green Concepts and opening up under a new name. I may not have the whole name of the new company, but it is something like Elephant Electrical.
