Vegas Balloon Magic

Please do not contact this person for your event. I read the other reviews, and at lease he showed up for your events. When I talked to James for booking my 30^th birthday party as a DJ, he seemed very nice and was knowledgeable. We also signed a contract so I thought he was legit. I spoke to James 2 days before my event and confirmed out event again. On the day of my party, when he was 15 minutes late, my worse fear became a reality. I tried calling James several times to only have him block my calls and send me straight into voicemail. I had planned my event for over 2 months to only have James stand me up for my 30^th/​Halloween party. We had over 50 people coming and I cannot begin to explain the level of disappointment and hurt I felt. A friend of mine knew a DJ, a real one with great beats, who showed up 20 minutes later and performed all night for a better price. James did not ever have the courtesy to call and apologize or ever give an explanation. At lease I paid my deposit through Paypal so got that refunded immediately. I was looking forward to booking him for face painting for my sons 1^st birthday in December, but never again will I contact a fraud like James and I will advise you all to stay away and not depend on this person.

We threw a HUGE party at the park for our daughter’s first birthday with 100+ guests this past Saturday. We hired Vegas Balloon Magic and cannot be more satisfied with the services these guys provided! James (the owner) and his crew totally kept the kids (and some adults ;))busy and entertained with balloon twisting, face painting, and magic shows. They were very professional, prompt, fun, and just plain awesome! Knowing that our guests had a blast was priceless. Their rates are very affordable/​low compared to the other balloon twisting companies that we had contacted for quotes. We would definitely use them again and will refer them to friends. So disappointed and so was my seven year old son. We set up DJ services for my sons 7^th birthday party and vegas balloon magic never showed. I didn’t even get a phone call canceling. I didn’t put down a deposit thankfully so I wasn’t out any money but the DJ service was our whole party so him not showing ruined the entire thing. We were all so excited and talked to the owner numerous times as well as emailed back and fourth I really did not expect this. Ten years we have been throwing parties for our kids and never has this happened to us.
