If I could give this place NO stars at all, I most definitely would! I had the WORST experience for this place.
Started off like this. I came in so they can fix my laptop (the place where you have to put the charger in the laptop wasn’t working anymore). They said it would cost $ 65 and that it would be done in a few days. A few days went by and they said that they never finished my laptop! They said that they would have to order parts and that it would cost $ 100-​something! WHAT?! I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE NEWS. So okay. I gave them $ 100 to fix my darn computer. Weeks and weeks roll by and no update from them whatsoever! I finally came in and they said they still weren’t done with it. My laptop was just sitting there and rotting and basically had its parts all over the place. Told them I wanted my money back and took my laptop and stomped right out of there.
DO NOT take your laptops here. I was NOT pleased by their service.

I’ve taken my computer there twice. The first time I was very happy. The second time was not great at all. I needed to get the part where the power cord plugs into the laptop replaced, which is a relatively simple job, but it didn’t end up being that way. They ordered the wrong part, which really set back the completion date for the repair, and on top of it, the new date they gave me kept changing. If it wasn’t for me calling to see when the computer was going to be done, I would have never known that they ordered the wrong part or that they weren’t going to be done by the first or second promised dates, because they didn’t call me to update me on their progress. Additionally, the office smells like a boys’ middle school P.E. locker room, and the main computer repair guy’s general appearance doesn’t fair much better. When I got my laptop back the second time, it was filthy, with something spilled all over the screen, and they had obviously dropped it. It had cracks and chips out of the casing around the screen which were not there when I dropped it off to them. I won’t be going back. I strongly suggest going somewhere else. I’m only giving them 2 stars because they first time they did a good job, and they did it quickly.
