A pleasant space to relax, 100% smoke free environment, take a break from the casino, enjoy a drink or two, or just a cup of delicious coffee. Be prepared to show your Gold or Platinum card to enter, unlike The Palazzo Platinum VIP lounge you can’t scan your card.

A courtesy service to Grazie Club gold level members, this room is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the main casino floor. It is located behind high limit slots. It’s usually guarded by a staff member to check your ID and open the doors. Inside, there are an assortment of refreshments and a relaxing décor. As a member, it’s all free: finger sandwiches, soup of the day, cookies, biscotti, coffee, iced tea, lemonade, cheese tray, sliced fruit, pasta salad, and drinks may be ordered through the butler staff. There is a 2 drink limit on alcoholic drinks. It’s unfortunate that employees hired as part of the butler staff for the main casino hotel as an assistant butler have to wait tables for almost no tips once every 5 days. It explains the lackadaisical attitude of some of the Gold Lounge staff. The food and beverage department used to run the Gold Lounge but mismanaged it. That’s why the Butler Staff has taken this great little area over. There are a few gems. Yodit, a staff member at the door, is absolutely gracious and professional. David, a Chinese man in his late 60s, will tell a joke or ask you to participate in a numbers trick. John is respectful and knowledgable with tons of experience. Arthur and Samuel are very good. But be careful, it seems like some of the staff doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t offer any service, much less politeness. It’s still a nice place to be.

One must be a gold card member to enter this sacred little hideaway within the high limits slot. However, once granted entrance, you will be swept away by the regality of the place. Jk. They do have finger sandwiches, soup of the day, dessert(cookies), occasional other food(it was pasta salad the other day), and choices of beverages(tea, coffee, lemonade, water). The real perk of this place, really, is the drinks. You can order any drink from the waitstaff free of charge. Just remember to tip!

Ask for Milane– she is awesome! Super friendly and very informative! When you’re in Vegas– you need honest sales people who won’t try to bamboozle you! On top of playing slots and black jack– I’m good on wasting money– you dig lol! So far so good! Grabbed some water, red bull, crackers(portion control is back babies!) and sprite! Gotta keep it right and tight!

A oasis of calm in the casino. This is where your gambling(hopefully not losses) pays off. Coffee, cookies, soup, sandwiches, fruit and cheese, and drinks are available in a smoke free lounge. They check your ID at the door so no cheating and using someone else’s gold card.

This is a nice little perk that the Venetian offers for customers with a Gold players card or higher. There’s not much to the Gold Lounge but it offers a quiet place to escape the clang of the slots out on the gaming floor. You must have a valid Gold players card to enter. Be prepared to show i.d. to the security guard at the front entrance. You’ll have to then swipe your card for entry. The lounge itself is small and cozy. It’s recently been remodeled and looks so nice. Inside you’ll find lots of tables and chairs, two private restrooms for customers to use, a couple of televisions, a few cozy couches and nooks, and a very limited selection of complimentary beverages and finger food snacks. The snacks are nothing to get excited about — gone are the days when they had GREAT food and free sodas — now you get some crappy lunchmeat /dried out sandwiches and some cubes of «fake» cheese. There’s ice water, coffee and hot and iced tea available. Their are waiters who sometimes come by and ask if they can get you any beverages but it’s unclear if you have to pay for these or not. I’ve never ordered one.
