As a client at Viewpointe Executive Suites I had a great experience! First of all a great location! From the moment I called for leasing information, to the time I departed I always encountered exceptional customer service. The ladies at the receptionist desk were always welcoming and helpful and the leasing manager always made time for me for any questions or concerns. The suites are very nice with great views and amenities that were very helpful for my business. There is a kitchen with prepared coffee, many large conference rooms for hourly and daily rental that really helped when I needed to meet with my own clients. The parking lot is ample and they have covered parking as well! Would definitely go back when needed!

They have something to learn in the way of customer service. My company pays a flat monthly rate for their sales staff to use the offices when they are in market. In the 6 months that I’ve been assigned to the West, I’ve only used this place twice. Each time, the girls at the front desk make me feel as if I am disturbing them. They don’t answer the phone politely. When I tell them who I am, instead of saying, «Hi, how are?» They just go, «Yes?» If I am trying to book a room, they cut me off in mid-sentence and interrupt with«Booked.» The place is very drab and not professional looking in my opinion. They charge you for every little thing. One of the two times I actually used the place, they informed me that there was no way for me to print anything and if I wanted something printed out, I would have to email it to receptionist. I was frustrated, but I went along with it. I sent her a 26 page report to print for me and was with a client. We waited 20 minutes and I finally went to see what was taking so long and she said, «Oh, I don’t have time for that right now. I will print it when I’m not answering the phones.» I explained, in no uncertain terms, that I am a customer and she needs to also attend to my needs as well as everyone else. She finally exhaled in what I can only assume was disgust and his the print button and pointed towards the printer while she was on the phone. I’m surprised they don’t charge you for the use of their bathroom. I’m pushing for my company to end this relationship.
