Honestly, I hate this place. The pharmacy is slow and all of the staff I’ve ever dealt with are rude. The only reason I come here is because it is convenient, on the way home from work.

I went to the minute clinic and was seen asap! I was happy about that, the dr was nice, however, I knew when I left the diagnosis was not a good one. I was very clear about my daughters history about bronchitis, and he said allergies. She ended up so sick I almost had to take her to ER. Luckily I got her into her pediatrician first thing this AM and antibiotics are on board! Yeah!

Do not fill your meds here. This place is soooooooooooo slow. I car in front of me and I waited 15 minutes to pick up my prescription. I’m not even sure if these people know what they are doing. I wish they would work something out because waiting this long every time is just insane!!! Ugh.

This pharmacy does not have a privacy barrier to discourage other shoppers from sticking their nose in your business. Which is what happened as I tried to conduct business with the hostile pharmacist. I asked her a routine question about my prescription. You shouldn’t have to pry information out of a customer service person. She had a horrible scowl on her face. «I’m just asking for information,» I told her. «Why are you coping an attitude?» At this point a shopper joined in the discussion and took the pharmacist’s side! I don’t know if they knew each other. The two women proceeded to gang up on me! Way to go, Walgreen’s! Way to win loyal customers. Naturally I transferred my prescription to CVS down the street. Maybe I’ll have better luck with them. I used to like this pharmacy when the kindly Mr. Gochioco worked in the clinic. They tell me he has moved on.

Made last minute decision to have a big birthday party for my 99 year old aunt. Relatives coming in from out of town. The whole big. Because it’s last minute I couldn’t order a photo montage from Shutterfly. So the decision was made to order it from Walgreens. Should have known this would be a mistake. I’m currently cooling my heels in the parking lot at the store. Received the email that the product was ready headed off to the store and nope it’s another 30 to 45 minutes. Kim the manager told me that it’s a glitch in the system. If the company knows they’ve got a glitch that is customer impacting why are they allowing it to continue? It’s like why are they allowing the photo lab at the Lake Mead and Jones facility to continue to be out of service. It seems that this isn’t one of the most important parts of Walgreens. I understand. It’s all about getting people into buy drugs and get them to wind through the overpriced products in the store. In the future when I need a photo fast am I going to go to Walmart or Walgreens? Guess the decision’s been made for me. It’ll be Walmart from now on. Got plenty of time if anyone cares to reply. I’ll be out here another 35 minutes at least it’s 6 o’clock on a Friday night. And this doesn’t even address, that I had to rearrange pickups and dropoffs of all the people coming into town for the surprise. Makes it even more complicated but not an issue for Walgreens. They know they’ve got a glitch, and they just don’t care to fix it.

One of the friendliest Walgreens I’ve been in! Everyone was very friendly and greeted me when I walked in the door and asked how my day was going when I checked out. The store is very clean and organized. It’s in a great location and closer to my house than the grocery store so it’s easy to run in and get something quick. We have already been frequent shoppers here.

Had my prescription ordered and was ready for pickup. I typically don’t write reviews about drug stores but this experience was different than my regular monthly visits. I picked up my prescription and i noticed my insurance wasn’t going to cover it. The pharmacist then went out of her way and found a manufacture coupon which actually cost me less than what my co-pay would have been. Such a blessing having good people in this world! Thanks Walgreens

I don’t go to this pharmacy because of Sharon, the pharmacist on grave yard. There is something psycological going on with her. Every time I went there was a problem, she would said my insurance was not on file and then I could not get my medicine. I would either come back in the day or go to a different location and all the other pharmacists would say different and give me my order. When I asked for her to call the drug company when she claimed I didn’t have it, she would claim she was not allowed to, even thought they have an 800 number for verification for doctors or pharmacists. There was always something with her. I went to this location last night only because my daughter needed 4 prescriptions and it was on the way to take her home from the hospital. Sharon lied when she said she did not know if Wal– Mart has a list of prescriptions that are discounted.(All phamacists are aware of this I found out) since my daughter did not have insurance I could have waited. She did not want to give me the superscription papers back and led me to believe that I could take the prescription back to the store if I found out. I called her manager«Thy» and she yelled at me and said Sharon was there for 14 years. I said to «Thy» that was only because you ignore the complaints about her when I called two years ago. Sharon does not offer advice how to take the medicine like other pharmacists and every time I asked he did not want to answer and would say«yeah with food» and walk away. She would not say thank you and when I thanked her as my mother taught me to, regardless of how people act, Sharon said no reply. This is appalling and worse that her manager responds in defense and does not take it seriously. Never had this kind of behavior from a pharmacist, either at any other Wal-greens, Wal-Mart or CVS.

This review is solely based on the Health Care Clinic, located in the back of the store next to the pharmacy. This was our fourth year in a row visiting this health care clinic for my teenage son to complete an annual physical/sports related exam. Each year, we are fortunate to be serviced by Ronald Pansia, APN. He is very professional, soft spoken, excellent eye contact, thorough with his exam, truly a good listener, offers solid recommendations regarding any concerns, offers a fun sense of humor with kids, and makes the clinic experience a pleasure, rather than a burden. Walgreens is lucky to have such an employee!

Worst Walgreens pharmacy in Las Vegas. Called there today at 3 o’clock to talk to the nastiest representative possible. I’m writing this review because this is not the first time or encounter at this Walgreens pharmacy the staff is rude inconsiderate and don’t care about their jobs or customer service. Writing on the encounter today my prescription was called in electronically four hours prior to 3PM. In fact I work in the office where it was called in and spoke with the representative at customer care who transferred me to the local pharmacy to see when the prescription would be done. Not only was I told it would be two more hours but I was treated like I was not even a human being. People treat their animals better than how the staff today at 3PM treated me. Rude and don’t care that I was sitting there already but figured because of my past encounters that it would be ready. If you’re inconvenienced by working then join a team where you can. It is now 615 and my prescription still is not filled. So I kindly call customer care and have it transferred to Walgreens at Del Webb. Guess what 20 minutes my prescription filled great smile thank you for even coming to the pharmacy. Drive the extra mile up the hill for customer service and quick prescription fills.

Great customer service, ready to help. My insurance didn’t cover the cost of my medication, so they faxed my doctor to find a subscription before I even got there.

This Walgreens has a lot of meds that no other store has. However, the service is pretty atrocious. Trying to call in and talk to a pharmacist as a physician takes anywhere from 5 – 13 minutes(13 was the last time with 5 repeated times being placed back on hold after it is recycled back to the pharmacy). Probably my least favorite pharmacy to call in a prescription for in the Summerlin area. Central service line first, which always cannot answer the question then you are switched to the local pharmacy for the never-ending wait. Sorry guys, you can do better.

I have been with Walgreens since I was a wee lass. In my hometown, you equate medicine with Walgreens. In Vegas, I didn’t change a thing and just headed over to this one and claimed it as my own. It’s such an easy layout with fast lines and a newly remodeled cosmetics area. It’s always well kept and clean — rarely, if ever, has anything I’ve gone for been out of stock. The pharmacy staff is always helpful and moves in a timely manner. I can drop off my prescription and have it filled in 15 minutes. Great for the gal on the go. Or dude.

I don’t have high expectations for a pharmacy, but I had a really bad experience here. I was a huge rush, with my 3 year old daughter in the back seat, and I went to the drive thru so I don’t have to take her out. I pulled up, with no one in front of me. I know someone saw me because they were using the computer right by the window. I literally waited there 10 minutes without even being acknowledged! There were 3 people working the counters! Someone could have helped me… I even honked and no one came to say anything! They just looked at me and carried on… I just drove out there so upset, and without my medications.horrible.

This Walgreens is just ok. The store itself is very clean and organized, the cashier are also most of the time nice and helpful. The pharmacy is another story. I’ve dealt with both walk up and drive thru and the customer service is atrocious in both areas. The drive thru is much worse, fyi. I have a script that I drop off every single month, and for the most part they have it. This medication is usually back ordered some places, so I have to come here… barf. Any who, one time I was in the DT and the pharm tech let me know my medication was not in stock, I asked if they had it in any other WGs and she said she didnt know. BUUUUT she went above and beyond for this male in the car next to mine. LAME. Again, my medicine was out of stock and again they wouldnt call other locations, so I asked for my other script I had dropped off… they couldnt find it nor was it in their«log» they keep. 10 mins later the rude pharm tech found it and told me to come back in an hour. Like I said, the pharmacy is hit or miss… mostly miss for me, but the store is pretty decent. Take your scripts to an independent pharmacy like Spring Valley or to Target where theyre actually super nice! Yay!

Perfectly fine. Open later than other local Walgreens. Nothing particularly notable about this Walgreens — like many places, if you need a serious over the counter cough/cold medicine bring your I.D. No need to bring Breaking Bad into this!

They’ve got a wide selection of cheap cosmetics, and an even bigger section for cough and cold meds, but it’s so EXPENSIVE! I mean, except for the cosmetics. They have everything you need for your sniffles, but you’ll need a second mortgage on your house before they’re done with you! And the pharmacy is really really slow. And again, expensive. If you go to the clinic here, do yourself a favor and fill your prescriptions somewhere else. Walmart is cheap, and if you hate Walmart, Smith’s is surprisingly affordable. Seriously, even the clinic staff will advise you to go elsewhere. It’s really more 2 ½ stars, but I’ll bump it to 3, simply because of the selection and the fact that they have a clinic right in store. You can’t beat if for convenience.

There is an asian lady there… that is so helpful everytime I go in. I must get her name! Look for her in the store if you need anything. She goes above and beyond and that is very unusual.

I usually go to the Walgreens that’s closer to my house, but today I was near this one and decided to stop by and pick up some Dove Dark Chocolate Candy for the Better Half. It is her Birthday today and one of her favorite things is Dove Dark Chocolate. I can count on Walgreens to be able to provide me the awesomeness that will make me a hero for today. Since she had to work on her Birthday, I thought I’d surprise her with some of these bad boys and another one of her favorites. Will I return? To this location, only when I’m nearby.
