I have had it with this pharmacy. I can handle 2 – 3 hour wait times, long line in the drive up, even RUDE pharmacy techs but when one of the pharmacy tech girls lie straight to my face about my daughters prescription then you just lost my business!
Tonight I went to a different pharmacy and transferred everything for our entire household. Liars can’t be trusted.

I give this location 2 stars only because the general store should not suffer all the sins of having the worst pharmacy in town.
There is a young Asian girl here who is by far the worst tech I have ever experienced. Just today I saw her arguing with a customer and right away I could empathize. This girl either hates her life or her job, maybe both, but shes a pro at being rude and combative. I always give people the benefit of the doubt for having bad days, but I have been coming here now for a year and every time I have the same issues with her. In my community its a common theme that we all hate having to go to this pharmacy because of this tech.
Today my cousin went to fill his scripts and had the same poor experience with this tech, compelling me to finally write a review.
In terms of speed, I managed to get a rush fill once in about 30 minutes, but for the most part I usually have to wait 2 hours on average.
This is the closest pharmacy to my home and sadly my current insurance doesn’t allow me many options. On the next open enrollment I am going to look for a plan that lets me use a different pharmacy even if I have to pay a little more. Its just not worth it anymore.
This is the only Walgreens I have ever had a problem with. I got spoiled by the great service at the Lamb and Bonanza location for many years.
On the store side I have always had a decent experience. They often have some pretty good sales and the clerks at night are always very friendly.

The pharmacy here is slow, and unprofessional especially the pharmacy technicians. I was told that my medication was out of stock and that it was on order. Come to find out my medication was never ordered and I received a call for 3 days straight saying it was coming in the next day. Then the pharmacy manager advised me I’d receive a call as soon as my medication arrived and that never happened either. Previously, I was a pharmacy technician and with technology today, it is not very hard to place orders for medication. This would never have happened at CVS, too bad they don’t accept my new insurance.

I like shopping here because it’s a little place that offers a lot.
I don’t like how it is hard to get assistance when you come late at night.

Fastest pharmacy staff! They are so nice and quick. I love going there especially when things are on sell!

One word: Horrible
This is the worst location ever. The staff is somewhat unprofessional but more so the location is just plain scary. Lots of late night methheads come to this place. It’s rather scary shopping here so I go further up to CVS.

Worst costumer service. Cashier @ front (Mel) and @ photo section named April. These people needs some retraining on costumer service. Very unfriendly. Online orders are not reliable even though they send u confirmation. Its gonna pretty mess up your plan if u need itASAP. I chose this branch because its 24 hrs service. I have ordered pix online juz tomake sure to get it on time first thing in lthe morning. It says pick up time around 1 or 2. I was expecting it to be ready by @ least 730 am. But it never happened. I had to wait and need to resend it again because accdg to April ’ they run out ofpaper and we dont call customers at d middle of d nite.’ Well first of all its not my problem that they dont have enough paper. The inventory for supplies was not done right. Spoke to Manager on duty Pam and rectified d problem and hopefully some retraining for her staffs will be done in the future.

I love Walgreen! It’s open 24hrs and you can buy your last minute items that you forgot to bring. This Walgreen’s sells the Hawaiian snacks which is a plus for me because not every Walgreen’s carries the delicious snacks. If you have a cold, Walgreen’s is your go to store!
