I had an unfortunate event around the week of Christmas 2015 when water from my second floor bathroom flooded down to the first floor kitchen walls. Imagine how horrified I was thinking about the expense of this damage especially around the holidays. I called my home insurance right away. Thank goodness for home insurance. I was extremely worried about the water damage through the walls and most especially mold build up over time. Then the thought of reselling my home and having this damage left unfixed would be a big loss. It was a headache! Thankfully, this group came to my rescue. They came as soon as I called. I spoke to Rich and he answered all my questions even silly ones because geez I just know so much about water damage, mold, dry wall, and home insurance. That same day they tore some portion of the walls and brought equipments in to dry the walls from inside and out. The process took about 3 days. They came everyday to check on the progress and to make changes depending on the how dry the walls are. They use some fancy gadgets, yeah I asked about that too some kind of thermo thing is pretty cool it checks the walls on how cold or moist the area is. They really take their time making sure they cover everything. The process only took about 3 days just in time for Christmas Eve. The equipments were a bit loud, like I was in a wind tunnel. But that was expected since there were about 10 or so fans around the house blowing air. Nevertheless, I was very happy with the results. I also didn’t have to worry about the payment process since they worked with my insurance. Rich also gave me a report of the water damage and document I may need for when I try to resell the home. I liked that I can easily reach out to the company and answer all my questions. They were very knowledgeable about their work and I was reassured that having them work on my home was a great choice. I would highly recommend this company. I would hire them again but my God knows I don’t want to go through mess all over again!!!
