There are some really good deals here, I got 4 doughnuts for under $ 4. They have a pretty good selection, and they tasted fresh. A big plus is that they are open 24 hours, I came in at one in the morning and the quality was still good. The staff was nice. It is also connected to a subway, which I though was odd, but convenient for getting your lunch while you got breakfast I guess. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again and need a doughnut fix.

Stale donut holes 14 for 2.49. This Winchells is connected to a Subway. Got the breakfast $ 3.00 combo and they wouldn’t even let me upgrade to a bottled water which I am most accustomed to back in California. Really you couldn’t charge me the extra .25 like other Subways, I’m willing to pay. I figured since these two stores are connected there by the same ownership. I give you 2 stars because I got my sandwich and donuts in one place but allow for upgrade please. It’s ok if you don’t I’m sure I won’t be back.

I feel like such a fatty because I love these donuts. This place is near make work and I am constantly talking myself out of coming over here. Ok ok ok let’s get to it… Cons: 1) This is a dual location which includes a Winchell’s and a Subway. The service is slow at times because of this and it also causes traffic flow issues at the counters. 2) The location is small therefore making the traffic issues inside horrible if either counter is busy. 3) The location is not great so it hard to get into in you are coming south bound on Rancho. 4) The parking lot is horrible and small! Pros: 1) Open 24 hrs 2) Fresh fluffy donuts daily!!! 3) Best tasting donuts in Las Vegas Since the donuts taste so good the good far outweighs the bad. If you have tried these I say try them. The donuts are soft and fluffy with out being to airy like Krispy cremes.(In my opinion Krispy cremes are to little and lack the substance I’m looking for in a donut.) I feel Winchell’s hits the prefect balance between fluff and substance. Btw– they also have a wide variety of donuts to choose from! ;-) Enjoy

I had the absolute worst experience ever in a Subway, right here. First, the two ladies that were there pretending to work, could have cared less about being there. They were slow and unattentive. I actually ordered a sandwich before another customer ordered his, and he was checked out and on his way out of the store before my sandwich was finished. Then on top of everything else, when I asked if there was a manager on duty, I was ignored. This is one store that is in very bad need of customer service training.

I still can’t get over how I paid $ 2.99 for a coffee and 3 doughnuts! What a deal. I was debating whether or not to go to Krispy Kreme or Winchells but decided on the latter since it wasn’t a chain and I could get Krispy Kreme elsewhere… . Winchell’s shares space with Subway which was a little random but I didn’t have any problem with it because the woman helping me and what I assume to be the owner were both very nice and sweet. I hadn’t eaten doughnuts in a little over a year so I decided to go with a boston crème(one of my favorites) and got a chocolate glazed chocolate doughnut for my sister and a glazed for my friend… They were by no means the best doughnuts I had eaten before, a little doughier than I had expected but it definitely hit the spot. They hadn’t skimped on the cream and it oozed out of the doughnut with every bite and I was more than satisfied with my choice. I didn’t try the other doughnuts but all my sister said was that it was okay as she scarfed it down. Would I come back again? Sure, why not. I will probably be back for EDC2013 next summer so till we meet again Winchells. Keep up the friendly service! Unilocal365: 159⁄365

I write this review because this Winchell’s blows my mind away. I see it every time we drive«Narth» to the zoo, drive-ins and Texas Station. And I want to post this business again with it’s actual title instead of the one provided under this address. This location is a combo business. But this one is Winchell’s Doughnuts ANDSUBWAY sandwiches! That’s right! Jared, «eat healthy» Subway sandwiches paired up with a doughnut shop. I think it’s hilarious! I think it’s brilliant! I have no idea how this happened. I have no idea what the pitchmen said in pairing these 2. It’s the only combo location like this in town. There is another odd combo, A&W root beer and Long John silvers that has a couple of locations I’ve seen. But this combo seems to flat out contradict itself for anyone going to Subway for a healthy lunch. It’s also a testimony to anyone who goes here and does NOT order off the doughnut menu. What motivation, what self control they have! And yet business-wise it’s shooting itself in the foot? Or doesn’t it, if it caters to both sides of the health food vs. treat yourself debates? And while Winchell’s isn’t «health» food, it’s not outright hard core junk food to what’s out there. It’s still a fresh, perishable food. you leave it in the box on the counter for a few days, it turns rock hard and expires at some point in the week. Kids can have a diet of sour candies and Mountain Dews and all those«baked goods» machine wrapped for the convenience store that have the 40 preservative chemical contents to make their shelf life to the next decade. I love Winchell’s. I love subway. and I can’t wrap my mind around getting both at the same time, until now… BMT and some twisties please. No, I’ve GOT to eat this here… Now, coffee or soda???
