I was lucky enough to get a groupon for the boot camp at Workout Quest. After my first day I was already surprised and happy I had chose to join. Tony is awesome! He gets to know everyone on a first name basis which helps to make the workout more personal rather just being another member. Tony is always willing to meet everyone’s individual needs in any way that he can whether it’s modified/personal workout assistance or nutrition assistance. I have enjoyed the workouts because of the constant change and no matter what part of the body we focus on, many others are strengthened as well. The 5 am class allows me to work out and then go to work for the day along with added energy to keep me going! The change is motivating and keeps it new and exciting. If you get the chance to work out with Tony, I would highly recommend it.

Found Workout Quest Boot Camp through Living Social which also means I get to have Tony kick my butt for a month for an extremely good value. This is only my first week with him so I will give an update once my month is over as well. What I enjoy so far about this boot camp. hmm, lots! For one thing, I am big on trainer/client interaction… I am never as good solo at the gym as I am in group classes. Personally, it makes me try my best because I know Tony is going to check up on me! Along with his attentiveness to us boot campers, he really wants to make sure you are working hard and working RIGHT. I can see that everyone in the class enjoys being there and interacting with him as well as each other-which gets to my next point: the people! On my first day and through the week, I have never felt more welcome in a fitness class. Fellow boot campers are friendly, encouraging, and ready to sweat! Now for the workouts… they are GREAT. Why? Because you can really tailor your workout to your own level of fitness. Tony will work with you if you have any injuries or other physical afflictions. If you want a tougher workout, or you want to work more on a specific body part for the day, he will make it happen. And you know why else the workouts are great? Because they VARY. I haven’t been here for too long but so far, every day I attended was a different experience, which makes it fun and keeps you on your toes. There was one day where he set up an obstacle course-like circuit and it was the most fun I’ve had at a boot camp ever. EVER. I am not exaggerating. I felt like I was at Discovery Zone for a few minutes(If you do not know what Discover Zone is… I’m sorry for your compromised youth. I kid. But really, it was a fun place). Now, the icing on the cake; the cherry on top of all the sweaty goodness that is Workout Quest: free nutritional guidance, healthy living tips, and supplementary workouts in case of absence. It means a lot to me that I am comfortable enough to tell my Boot Camp instructor that I will be out of town for a few days and then he follows through with a list of(tough) workouts that I can do right in my hotel room. It means a lot to be able to just TALK to him during and after class about any questions, concerns, or epiphanies. Hey, and if you’re the type who just wants to shut up and feel the burn, that’s not a problem either. But you don’t want to be ignored or feel awkward speaking your mind to someone who is pushing your limits physically. Trust me, I’ve been through all that; which is why I am here with this praise, and why I am up at 5am getting ready to head to Coleman St and get myself a tough workout. I can see the dedication Tony puts into his Boot Camp, and the best part is, that dedication is clearly reciprocated by the campers. It’s the kind of place I want to be to get in shape. P. S. I don’t know if living social is going to do another deal for this boot camp any time soon, but you can also try it risk-free for a week. What do you have to lose? Other than your uncertainty, and a few pounds, of course.

Tony is a great trainer. The workout is very intense and he changes it up everyday. There are 3 classes a day, 2 morning classes at 6:00 am and the second at 9am which are indoors at one location and the evening class at 6pm at the park. The only downfall is the price is $ 199/month unless you check the deals from groupon or living social. Also occasionally he has drawings at various restaurant locations in North Las Vegas for a free week. If the price was right for you it is so worth it, plus it is only a 55 min workout ;) Go get active.

Tony motivates me to get up every morning to head out to boot camp. The workouts vary every day, with a rotation of cardio and strength training. You’re motivated to improve yourself rather than compete with others. In the eight months I have been going, I’ve dropped 44 pounds. Tony is good about helping you with your diet as well as your exercise, offering up tips after class and blogs on his Web site. While it’s a tough class, you can work at your own pace and if you keep going, you’ll see results. He has you do things that you would never do in the gym(V sits, anyone?) and for longer than you ever would at the gym. He also has evening classes in addition to mornings, so you have no excuses. Highly recommend this class.

This Boot Camp is awesome for me! I have spent the last two months telling myself I would get up early to workout before work… which never happened. Just in the last week and a half I have gotten up everyday to go workout with Tony and I feel great! I have more energy than before and I have even started eating better. You get back what you put into this class! Anyone can do this, it is self paced, but you find yourself pushing yourself harder and harder each day. Tony is very motivating, he makes class fun which keeps you coming back. I would recommend this to anyone that needs that little push to get going. Anyone can benefit from this class whether you think your in shape or totally out of shape.

Tony is great, he definitely does posses a vibe of positive motivation for any and all who can believe in themselves. I personally lost two pants sizes in one week, I’m now a size 18 and plan on getting even smaller and healthier. All you need to do is show up and you’re half way there! Being«fat» is no longer a life choice for me thanks to Mr. Tony Wood!
