You’re Looking Good

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DONT GO!!! They steal your money, they charge a 25 dollar fee to make a reschedule appt. the staff at first was super nice and I was impressed by my second appt that changed, I couldn’t believe how rude someone could be! I didn’t bring my own towel, that is a personal preference I was wearing a dress and out with family the time before my appt. didn’t have time to go home and didn’t want to call to make a new appt because they steal money by charging you at 25 dollar fee! So when I showed up she asked me do you have a towel and I said no but it’s ok I don’t mind and she snapped at me and said NO ITS NOT OKAY, I AM GOING TO CHARGE YOU 25 DOLLARS AND RESCHEDULE YOU BECAUSE YOU COME UNPREPARED!!! I said whoooaa what happened you guys were so nice before and now? She said we are very nice and I said back I can just use a paper towel to dab off if it’s that big of a deal she goes THATS THE PROBLEM WE CANT PROVIDE PAPER TOWEL AND ENDLESS WATER FOR THE CUSTOMER YOU GUYS JUST TAKE ADVANTAGE. She continues LOOK THIS TIME OKAY BUT AFTER THIS YOU WILL BE AT FAULT. She processed taking back to the room closes the door behind and claims the guy out there is a dr. And her boss and they are running a business and I let her know I will not be coming back and WILL NOT USE THE POOR QUALITY PAPER TOWELS AND WATER CLEARLY THEY NEEDED IT MORE THAN MYSELF. I work for a huge corporation and I know customer service and I know what it takes to run a business, clearly the boss is super horrible to the employees for them to be on egg shells to yell at all the guest I wasn’t the only one that got the raft that day, they were charging people left and right and not doing what promised! Oh and the information they provided is also incorrect they have changed address since awhile ago but the office staff is too lazy to update anything, everything I walk in the receptionist for my appt she is on her phone! This place is horrible please I beg don’t waste your money!!! You won’t get results and they just hate their job and don’t wanna help you just yell at you!!!

This place is soooo shady! I ended up there by Groupon, thats how they sucker ppl in. Since I gave them a bad review, they had it removed once and then they changed their name on Groupon. They are now peddling their junk under the name Your Looking Good. BEWARE! Their DIY websites should have given them away, not to mention the «guaranteed results» lie. They dont have a real Unilocal account for a reason!!!

I am currently visiting the Summerlin office of LV Fat Loss centers on a groupon I bought for 3 laser lipo sessions. I have been to one appointment of three so I will provide updates as I complete the other visits.
I went on a Saturday, this might not be their busiest day as there were two people there for my appointment. So no wait. However, they have a NO LATE policy that is in place that will cost you a fine for being late and cause you to have to have your appointment rescheduled. So I made sure to get there before the allotted time of the appointment.
They go over the procedure, what all is involved in the process and what it is suppose to do for you (results vary from patient to patient so they try and set your expectations accordingly). Then you get weighed, your BMI measured and a measurement of the area that you want to have treated pre-​process (for comparison). After all the stats are done, you will go into the room that has spa music playing (as you will be relaxing with the lasers on you for about 20 minutes) and lay on the little comfy massage table so that the nursy assistant can put the 4 laser ‘boxes’ on the area that you are getting treated. The lasers are warm but nothing unbearable. The lady had told me that some people get rather irritated with the warmth — I am not sure how though because you barely feel it. I guess some people are super sensitive.
Anyway, so I got my lasers positioned, rested in the room for 20 minutes and then she came and removed the lasers for me. Afterwards, for 10 minutes you vibrate on this machine that rocks you back and forth really fast and is ‘supposed’ to let you burn 200+ calories in 10 minutes (I still have research to do on this little jobby). After that machine, I was measured again in the exact same spot as pre-​process and I had lost half an inch! That made me pretty happy.
I will post more info on the follow up sessions. I have two more. So far, I’m hoping it continues to come off.
