Their worker dude remembered me from the day before and fixed my issue admitted to his mess up and was very nice. Mistakes happen, but it was nice to have someone wearing a smile to help me out. Thanks

Great deals, horrible service. So I came here with my GF to get her set up to go snowboarding. She needed a jacket, pants and gloves. Upon entering I walked past not one but two teenagers texting on thier phones who did not look up or greet me. It wasn’t until I got to the back of the store that i realized those teenagers i thought were just hanging out were the employees. So we tried on all our clothes and decided to check out. They told us everything «red tag» was buy one get one 50% off. We only picked items involved in the sale and our total was ~$ 180 for a jacket, pants, gloves and a beanie. Then we get to checkout and we find the gloves are not «red tag» despite having the same red tag as everything else. So I’m like, «well they’re clearly labled that way, so shouldn’t you honor your mistake? I’ve always assumed if you put the wrong price tag on it, that’s your bad, not mine» And they were like «no, we cant.» So I’m like adiós… left and went to get the same volcom jacket at the volcom store 30′ away that was 50% off instead of 25%. I wont be going back, they onviously dont want my business at Zumies.

Holy moly they’ve got the best deals here! I’ve always been a fan of this place and the employees always seemed stoked to be at work. The staff is helpful help you pick stuff out and the music they play makes you want to dance as you shop.
The only bad thing about zumies. its not as organized as it could be. Makes it a little hard to shop but hey if you’ve got the time searching through the racks shouldn’t be such a big deal
