I was very disappointed in the service. I had never been there before, and was not welcomed with a very warm welcome. I was getting a pedicure along with my boyfriends mother. My boyfriends mom started before mine, and I waited about 15 minutes for my lady to come and start mine. They did not cut the cuticles down, didn’t trim up the sides, and didn’t trim up my toenails very well at all. They didn’t let us look at the color selection which I thought was very strange. I didn’t appreciate that at all. We had to tell them what color we wanted and they didn’t have very many to choose from. I was not even very happy with the color I had to choose. The painting on my toes was awful. She left a lot of my toenail not painted toward the cuticle, and when she tried to take off all of the polish that she got on my skin it just smeared and I had red stained skin when I walked out to my car. They also started cleaning the pedicure sink while we were still sitting there. One of ours spilled over with water and bubbles because she wasn’t paying attention, and the other splashed the chemical everywhere and it could have very well gotten on my skin. Also, most pedicures are $ 25. We paid $ 40 for a very poor job with ladies that didn’t know what they were doing, or honestly just weren’t good at it. Maybe they have better service with the hair, but I would not recommend getting a pedicure there at all. I will not be going back.
