Poor customer service. Ordered times online in mid November. After order it said it would take 2 weeks to process. Here we are 6 weeks later and nothing. I’ve called several times. First couple times I was told«Bobby» would call me back but he never did. I called and spoke to someone and he said the order was shipped. I asked for tracking number and when I went to track it it just said a tracking label was created on December 13. I called Breakaway Lacrosse and told them. I was then told it wasn’t shipped out but the box was sitting downstairs waiting to be shipped out that night. A few days pass and still according to UPS they have yet to receive the box. I called Breakaway Lacrosse on. Monday December 23. First I was told Bobby was on other line dealing with another customer with same complaint and was told they are getting a lot of calls with same issues. Bobby got off other line and was able to take my call. He said he is working on the order and it will be sent out Thursday December 26. He said he was going to create the shipping label. I informed him I already had a tracking number then he proceeds to try to talk his way through that saying they make it early. Obviously it was but why lie and say you were going to make it when it was already done? He first told me I was wrong but I explained according to UPS the box is traveling to my same small city 3000 miles away. Can’t be a coincidence since the previous guy got the tracking # while in the screen for my order. So now here we are December 28 and the package is still NOT sent out. No email saying there is a delay. No call saying there is a delay. It has been 6 weeks now since the order was made. This order is part of a school order being shipped to families but obviously Breakaway Lacrosse or Bobby or both caNOT handle big orders. Worst part is being lied to. Bobby kept putting blame on to his coworkers and sounds like he can’t take responsibility for his own actions. I will never buy from this company again even if the school continues to do orders through them. My son will go without before I pay this company money for horrible service.
