To be fair– I haven’t actually BOUGHT anything from them yet, but I went in and found the sales staff (especially Bob) to be very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, and he wasn’t at all skeptical of my wanting to do the installation myself. They even let me sign out a bunch of samples to take home and see how I actually liked it in the room.

I bought carpet and padding from carpetmaster. they did not show up when scheduled someone came 3 hours late. i paid for new padding which they did not install. said i needed closest doors cut down even though salesman assured me this would not be necessary.
i paid to have doors cut down and was reimbursed partially for carpeting DO NOT DO business with this company, You will be sorry

Been having complications with their customer service rep who has a nasty attitude. I’ve been doing sales and customer service my whole life and the way she talks to people is down right disrespectful and unhelpful.
I’d suggest finding some place else to get your work done! I’ve been waiting 3 months for mine.
