Friendly staff greeted me when I got there and helped me choose the tires I wanted. I had made an appointment previously so I got right in upon arrival. The time estimate for the work was perfect and the DirecTV in the waiting area helped keep me occupied. Great work, good experience.
Prices are on the high side but that is to be expected for the corporate nature of the repair facility. I travel a lot and like to know that when I go to another city, on the other side of the nation, there is going to be a repair shop under the same name that I can go to if I have an issue with the repair. So, I often use the larger corporate owned facilities for that reason.
Wi-Fi for the customers would be a great improvement for the facility; then I could have got some work done instead of watching TV.
