Lennon’s Florist has the best roses I have ever seen or smelled. They get each color from the country that grows the best version of that particular rose. They are amazing! I received a huge bouquet for my birthday of 2 dozen various colored roses and not only were they the most stunning roses with the most petals(!) each had its own unique fragrance. The bouquet lasted almost THREEWEEKS!!! The vase was custom made and so gorgeous with crystals around it and the bouquet was the most stunning arrangement I have even had the pleasure to receive. I highly recommend their personal services — they have the best designers and will help take your idea and improve on it. You will be as blown away as I was!

Would give 0 but can’t. Buyer beware. My sister ordered balloons for my son from FTD to be delivered to hospital. The balloons came a day late and cosy $ 70. Dollar tree would have done better and it would have been under $ 10. Shame on florist and FTD.

Terrible customer service! When I called to let them know the bouquet delivered was not the bouquet I ordered I was threatened by Brenda. She said they were going to take the flowers back from the person I had them delivered to. Then they called the person who received the flowers and asked them to count the numbers of roses in the bouquet. I paid $ 92 for this bouquet and this was the service we received from them.

This business has moved to 892 Troy-Schenectady Rd. The old place smelled and was filthy. The new place isn’t much better — it looks like they brought the old dirty carpet with them. The FTD arrangement I received from them was half dead(in the van out for delivery for 3−½ hours) and the stuffed animal that was purchased wasn’t delivered. They said they’d replace the arrangement with the new flowers they were receiving the next morning and bring the bear this time. Instead of waiting around again, I called 2-hours ahead of time and said I’d come pick it up. I said I’d also like to see a photo of what my son ordered FTD so I could compare. I arrived, waited a good 15-minutes before they they handed me the bear and when they saw me still standing there they asked what I was waiting for… they didn’t have the replacement arrangement ready and acted as tough this was the first they’d heard of the issue(we exchanged numerous phone calls). I was in their shop for about 45 minutes when the owner(I think) handed me a scanty filled vase of flowers that didn’t look much healthier than what was delivered the day before. The woman claimed she’d given me an «upgrade» to what was ordered. I again asked to see the FTD photo my son chose to purchase but I was told their computer was down but again she claimed I got an «upgrade.» Not the case. The next morning I decided to rearrange what I had and took the flowers out of the vase. The water was amber/brown and smelled. The flowers weren’t cut at an angle — they looked like they’d been ripped with stringy strips(similar to celery) from the ends where torn/cut. The bulk of the vase was filled with various sized fern — none in the viewing area… very odd. Needless to say, it’s no wonder they were dying/dead. What a miserable experience.
