You know I signed on with this company in 2005. And I used them as my broker since then. Big mistake!!! Not only did they not return my calls over an eight year period,
they never once called me or even sent me a Christmas card. For eight years they made money off of me and never even asked me if everything was ok. It turns out I’d been paying about a thousand dollars too much per year the whole time and they were not the least interested in telling me. I dealt with my insurance company, Progressive on my own the whole time. Stay away from these people. They will take your money and give you nothing else in return. Also stay away from Progressive. They are twice as expensive as other insurance companies. I just beat the price quote they gave me yesterday by $ 1200 with State Farm. For eight years, I probably called them 25 times and never once did Pearl call me back.
