Definitely won’t be stopping at this Taco Bell ever again. Food was cold, half of our order was missing and incorrect, no napkins, no sauces, like really how hard is your job?! Rude employees, rude manager– just terrible.

Why bother reviewing a ubiquitous fast food joint? This Taco Bell happens to be very clean and the staff is always pleasant. Two reasons it is deserving of a review. Service can be somewhat slow, but they do a nice job layering fillings. There’s nothing worse than a burrito with all the cheese sauce in one corner and the dollop of sour cream way over in another.
Clearly Taco Bell food is not as good as some of the Mexican restaurants around or even as good as Chipotle, but it’s not a fair comparison. What it does have going for it though is that it serves breakfast and the breakfast is shockingly good. Probably the best fast food breakfast around.
Guilty Pleasure #1 — Grande Scrambler with bacon
Guilty Pleasure #2 — Breakfast Crunchwrap, any variety, but I especially enjoy the Country with sausage and gravy or the California when in the mood for something (just a tiny bit) lighter.

I am a big fan of taco bell and have no problem with the food or anything like that. My 3 stars here is because of this particular location. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them several times — but they consistently are very slow in processing orders…
I understand fast food still take a few minutes and I’m not being a brat about this — they take awhile… sometimes an annoying longer time than one would expect. I’ve obviously eaten at many fast food chains like most people and you just have a sense of time when you drive through a fast food restaurant. and time and time again its just too long.
So while I do enjoy taco bell and will continue to visit… may want to consider a different location if you are looking for a fast grab on some food.

Slow Slow Slow!
This location has some of the slowest food prep ever known to the fast food industry. It’s easy to place your order and pay, but I have waited for almost 20 min in the past just for a few tacos. The restaurant is clean and the condiment bar is always well stocked. The staff can be friendly, if they are in the mood to be there. The drive thru always has a huge line that can make it difficult to navigate the parking lot. Be sure to allow yourself enough time to wait for your food.

This place sucks! Haven’t had TB in years, and decided to stop here so I could order my favorite item… grilled stuffed burritos. Unfortunately, it was nothing like what I remembred. First of all, this particula place needs to work on its customer service. I went through a drive through, and after receiving my order, the person did not even give me any napkins, any sauces, or my receipt. Second, it seems their prices are more expensive than some of the other locations. They charged me $ 10 + change for 2 grilled stuffed burritos. Third, the quality of the burrittos themselves was horrible, it was luke warm, and just did not taste fresh. Thanks for finally killing my desire for any Taco Bell foods.

The usual taco bell around town. Nothing really special. They have been real consistent with their food. Not much else to say about it. It is what it is.

Taco Bell is one of the few «fast food» places I go to. The best thing not on the menu is the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. When they have the XXL Chalupa that is definitely a runner up and basically anything with volcano sauce. This location in Latham is pretty reliable when it comes to making the food delicious and correctly, even with special orders. Usually my stomach can handle it but there was almost an incident this last time.
