DO NOT RENT HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT.
They didn’t have my rental upon my arrival & tried to push me into a much much older model with higher miles. The inside was filthy & stunk of cigarette smoke. The vehicle was just used & abused.
I tried to make a complaint & here it my take on things:
Paul the District Manager is a clueless & ignorant person with no sense of customer service whatsoever. He didn’t care about the situation & basically said that.
The «managers» appear to be high school students, also with no sense of customer service. Just there collecting a paycheck, also did not give a damn about the customer in the end.
Pathetic
Hertz owns Thrifty & Dollar. They are a joke
