The obvious: this studio is beautiful! I love everything about the atmosphere. It’s very clean, very large with multiple studios/​spaces, and beautifully decorated. The only downside– they have lockers for use, but you must provide your own lock (all of the people in my class brought their bags/​shoes into the studio, so not a big deal at all).
Another great plus: they have a really great class schedule! Their lunchtime classes are super convenient at 40mins. And the variety of offerings is refreshing– meditation to hatha to trx to spin.
I enjoyed an evening yoga class here on my recent travels to the capital region. It might be that I am too California kumbaya and maybe that makes me sound snobby, but I only knocked down one star because I wasn’t really into the vibe here. I am more about healing the spirit and I found my class to be a bit more fitness-​focused (which is totally fine if that’s your style!). It was still an enjoyable class, but I have many other favorites on my list back home.
Would definitely head back on my next trip to the area!

Awesome fitness/​wellness studio. Started with Yoga with Nicole (she is wonderful) and today started intro to TRX Fusion… what an incredible workout! Looking forward to massage and trying meditation. The place is like a sanctuary and super clean and the trainers I’ve had are great! Check it out!

Absolutely love this fitness center! It is so clean you could eat off the floors! Everyone is super nice the staff makes you feel right at home. I have been training with Bill since May and love it and my results are outstanding! They also do massages which are great I bought gift certificates for my family and they loved the massages too.

Love! I signed up for the introduction deal, $ 25 for 1 week of unlimited classes! What a deal! I did yoga sculpt today with Nicole. Excellent class and Nicole is a great instructor! Can’t wait to go back!
