This store has a sign that advertises that Sunday’s are 31% off on the 31st of the month but won’t tell you that it is not honored until it is time to pay. I think this is a bit deceptive.

We were very disappointed in this Baskin Robbins. As soon as we walked in I noticed a customer had brought a dog into the store and had it right at the counter. We asked for a two scoop sundae. The ice cream we selected was nearly empty and instead of opening another tub of ice cream the worker scraped the bottom of the empty tub and came up with about 1 ¼ scoops. When I questioned her about two full scoops she literally ignored us. I again questioned her about two full scoops for a two scoop sundae she told ice cream is not sold by the scoop but by weight. I then asked her to weigh the ice cream and she told the wife and I our half full cup weighed over 40 oz. We had watched her and know she did not weigh it at all. This is our first and last visit to this store. The store was also very dirty. We are senior citizens and visit Baskin Robbins stores at least twice a week. This is definitely the worst experience we have ever had at a Baskin Robbins.

I was shocked the other night when I stood in line for 20 minutes and finally was able to order. I ordered a Banana Royal. The nice kid behind the counter went and cut up banana and then began scooping my flavor choice. He then stood up straight and said«oh by the way, we are out of hot fudge, is that ok?» He said it so matter of factly that I thought he was joking but when he assured me that he was, indeed, serious… we left. Baskin Robbins being out of hot fudge is like Mcdonald’s being out of French fries! It would have been nice if a sign had been posted at the door to save me a 20 minute wait. I feel like they assume people want their ice cream so badly that they will just select something else.

Some really nice kids working here. Very fast and always smiling. Came in on a super busy night I mean the place was crammed full… The girls behind the counter were quick and before we knew it we were already being helped. Ice cream was tasty as always and a great treat for these hot summer days! Love this local Baskin Robbins!

Went tonight to get a 31 below and pretty disappointed when the kid behind the counter told me the machine wad already cleaned and turned off. It was barely 8pm and they are open till 10pm. How much sense does that make?! This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

I was disappointed when one of the workers refused to make me something because she had already«put the machine away .» I was the only one there and it wasn’t even close to closing time. Not very good customer service, if you ask me.

At 106 degrees F, I was somewhat feeling the heat. As soon as I walked into the place, I was greeted by a friendly worker. I told her what I wanted, and she asked all the right questions, and even offered a sample of some new flavor. I told her that my allergy to cow’s milk made it difficult to have a lot of ice cream, so we left it at that. They’re not horribly expensive, but it’s not cheap either. However, the Pralines and Cream flavor is worth it from time to time. They were offering 2 pre-packed quarts for $ 10 which seems incredibly good compared to the pints of Häagen-Dazs you’ll find for $ 5.00 each elsewhere. Whether you get exactly the flavors you want, I suppose depends on what they package ahead of time. In any case, there was some caramel drip on the side of the cup, but the ice cream was good – not thawed and re-frozen at all.

I love this place but management is a little shakey. Known a few people who have had some run ins with them. Employees are always great and very quick, specially when the heat waves hit and a linen is out the door. Ice cream prices aren’t too bad. The price of a small ice cream cake is totally ridiculous! Seriously! You can buy the best kind of premium ice cream and make our own cake literally a quarter of what it would to buy one. Fortunately I’m one of the small few that knows how to smear ice cream into a pan and add toppings for a cake.

Summer is here and it’s hot! This usually equates to grouchy teenagers working in ice cream parlors! And this Baskin Robbins is no exception. My 3-year-old was so excited to be going to an «ice cream restaurant» for the first time. I wanted everything to be perfect for him. The grouchy teen was just about to place my son’s chocolate scoop on a broken, crumbled-at-the-top cone when I asked her if she would get a non-broken cone. There went the smiles, pleasantries and customer service. She stomped across to the other cone case, inspected the cone for a good 5 seconds(really not necessary but I guess she wanted to show me how ridiculous it was for me to request a non-broken cone), she then placed the scoop on the cone and slammed the freezer shut. Now was that really necessary? Thank goodness my son was oblivious to her attitude. Anyway, the ice cream was tasty as usual. It’s no Loard’s or Cold Stone, but on a hot day(105 degrees) ice cream is ice cream!

Went in July around 6… two young(high school) girls were running like chickens with heads cut off. They answered the phone before dealing with customers in long line… and didnt put phone on hold… I held an ice cream cake for ten minutes to be rung up… Not anyones fault but could have used a better system or another person helping out… Milkshakes were enough to crash the line and service…

I love their sundaes!!! Their cakes are all so delicious and the ice cream is to die for! As much as I love coming to this place, I really wish they would at least teach their employees how to write on cakes. The last time I purchased a cake here, I asked if they could write a note on it, you know, like a «happy birthday» and the girl’s cake writing was a mess!!! It looked like a two years old got a hold of a marker and proceeded to try and write on the cake. It was terrible!!! I can’t hate on the place though because I still love their ice cream. Hopefully they will take note on this and pass it along to their workers.
