Had the pleasure in attending Eagles Nest HD Riding Academy’s New Rider Course and after a long weekend of professional instruction and hands on riding, successfully passed the course. Was it easy? Hell no it wasn’t easy. The instructors, Ron, Tony & Dave are very fair but if you think you’re going to get a free ride think again. Their main concern is teaching you what you need to know to avoid being «that guy under a sheet» on the highway. There was a few riders that attended that rode and they had all they could do in completing the course as well. No its not a Marine Boot Camp but if you listen and apply what they teach, you will do just fine. Good luck to all my fellow students that took this course with me because after we finished on Super Bowl Sunday we left knowing that all of us formed a true bond that weekend. You will not regret choosing this course with E.N.H.D. because your safety is their #1 concern. Great job guys, you did what you do best.

My husband purchased his first Harley with the help of Ray Conners. From the moment we walked on the sales floor Ray was ready to answer any questions we had. Ray helped make my husband’s life long dream come true!!! THANKS RAY!!!

So this was my first time visiting this store and I must say I was impressed! They have a great selection for me to choose from and the service there was outstanding! I have been on a hunt for the perfect gift for my father in law, who I must say is not a very easy man to shop for. He is an avid rider and I was able to find him the jacket he has been wanting so yay! I must say I can be some what indecisive at times but the girl helping me was very patience and attentive. She not only took care of me but she also was great with my kids which I really appreciate. Her name was Angie if I remember correctly and I must say if all the rest of the staff there are as nice as her they will be sure to continue to get my business as well as my friends and family.

I’ve had been a customer to this dealer for about 10 years, and I have always like the way sales persons treated me as I walk in. The best part of coming here was chatting with Sebastian, Ryan and Jose in parts or Al, Natasha and Thomas (Service Mgr) in Service about motorcycles and life too. But that one person I would look to come in to chat with was Loretta, she was a sweetheart and I was sad when she no longer worked here. Well Sebastian, Al and Thomas (GM) they all moved on to better things before the dealer got sold. I moved out of state a few years back to the East Coast, I recently came back for a visit and stopped by to say hello to this guys. But came to find out they are all gone, they got new faces in parts and service. This dealer always took care of me and my bike even when the new owners took over, I am just sad to see that the new owners will go out of their way to take care of customers but they couldn’t go out of their way to keep their loyal employees.
I am back in the East Coast and a friend of mine back in California called me to let me know where all them went. He told me that Ryan is at the Modesto Harley-​Davidson, Jose & Natasha are at the Livermore Harley-​Davidson and Thomas now is running the operations at Manteca Trailer. Well I am glad they are all doing good and next time I’m in California I will stop by those dealer to chat with them once again. This was a great dealer and still is in a way, just not the same after years and years of seen the same faces… and now with new faces can’t even chat with anyone because they are about trying to make a sale, which is understandable! These guys were awsome. I took my son here for his first lesson. They were great! Totally professionals at all aspects. One person was struggling and they offered personal help. The motorcycles were an absolute surprise. All motorcycles were a year old, great condition, the same and had great safety features installed. I’ve been riding a long time and the class was great to watch. I would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I just bought our latest Harley right after Christmas from Eagles Nest. «The Big Guy» along with the Finance Mgr were great, seriously the whole process took just over an hour! Highly recommend these guys!

I came to Eagles Nest because of their Riding Academy and as a new rider, I had very little confidence with a lot of fear. The instructors at the academy are incredibly patient and go out of their way to encourage and I got the impression that they sincerely wanted me to succeed. The experience was truly a non threatening way to learn the basics of safe motorcycle riding. Wow… did I mention patience??!
Next, I decided I now need a motorcycle so I started perusing the Internet and somehow was directed back to the Eagles Nest Website. There was one motorcycle that caught my eye and it wasn’t until I saw it in person that the true love affair began. I just happened to be drooling over it when I met this very tall sales guy kicking back on an adjacent bike who was just the perfect mixture of informative and completely non pushy. Garry wasn’t there to sell me a motorcycle. He was there in case I had any questions. I called him two days later and our journey began. Garry helped me in every way. He introduced me to the entire team, and facilitated getting the deal done with no pressure at any time. He even set up delivery from Lathrop to Livermore for the following day at no cost! Everyone“welcomed me to the family” afterwards and I really felt like I had joined a family (and not a dysfunctional one!). I was taken to every department and got to meet and spend some time with each key member who would show me around and answer questions. Garry and Brian finished it up and I am now the proud owner of a 2008 Softail Deluxe!
I know if I have ANY questions, concerns or need advice about my motorcycle, all I have to do is call and they will go out of their way to help me. The customer service at Eagles Nest is second to absolutely none! I never got the feeling that I was a customer. I felt like… family!

Came in the other day browsing the apparel dept while my hunny was oogling the bikes. Sue was a delight, helped me find some great deals. Her positive energy was catchy and by the end of our session I left with some awesome threds. Great job Eagle’s Nest!

Hey guys I hope my review may help somebody out. I recently went to Harley to browse some bikes. Having little to no knowledge about Harley I asked Garry aka «Z Big Guy» if he can help me with some questions. He answered my question and he was really polite. I looked at a bike that I wanted and we settled on a deal with absolutely no sale pressure. After purchasing my bike I went back 3 days later to buy some parts for my sportster Harley and he greeted me again and asked about my well being and comfort levels with my bike. Every one is very nice and helpful, *Sue up stairs is the best. She helped me with gear, shirt sizes and gloves. She was very polite and reminded me like my mom concerned about my needs. Austin at parts was a really cool guy, I had question about parts and staying with in my warranty guide lines and he was truly helpful with information on the parts I wanted.
I have to say to all that read this review that customer service is their number 1 priority there and you feel like family than a customer. I recommend you walk in and just talk to the staff.

Hey, Eagle’s Nest Harley Davidson: You guys really need to work on your organization and ethics.
I came in good faith to trade my bike in and get another used bike more suited to me. First y’all flake when you’re supposed to call me back, then y’all waste my time for over three hours running credit report after credit report every time I checked out a different bike, like one credit check wasn’t good enough. So I split.
Then your finance manager calls to find out why I didn’t get a bike when my credit had been approved. Then he tells me I need 10% down and they’ll take my trade and I’ll ride out on my new bike. Fine.
So a couple weeks later I call with my 10% down as agreed, and y’all tell me my bike is only worth $ 5k to you, and that what you said before was wrong (BS), and that I can’t expect you to cover taxes and other expenses so I need more than 10% down. Then you start lying and making stories up, saying my bike isn’t worth much because it is worn out and has leaks. Bald faced lying right at my face at this point. My bike has zero leaks; it’s motor was just rebuilt. Shitty 883’s are selling for $ 5k. Mine is selling for $ 9600 and up. When I call you on your BS, you backpedal and say you have a new service guy and the old guy probably screwed up the inspection. Right.
To top things off, you start mocking me because my credit is only 609. That was enough to buy a new car last week. So what’s your problem?
The final straw is after you play all these games, you blame it on the bank, like you have nothing to do with it. But the bank wasn’t the one lying and insulting me, it was YOU.
So, my advice? Fire the entire incompetent sales staff and hire someone competent. And, stop playing games with customers. Ya’ll still cannot answer the simplest question: What will it take to make a deal? You just jerk people around then tell them, «no, not this deal.» And then you wonder why people are starting to avoid Harley dealerships like the plague: Just a bunch of greedy vultures with no respect for the clientele. Color me gone. And as many people as I can convince to stop patronizing your business, count on that too.
By the way, I know you’ll just erase this as soon as you see it, so I’ll make sure the Internet is saturated with it. As you so «politely» put it, «HAVE A NICE DAY!»

Came in today just browsing & was helped by Sue in apparel.
She was super sweet, helpful & knowledgeable. Made a real effort in conversation & connection. When there was a problem with my receipt she was apologetic and quick to call for help from «Red» who was also awesome. The receipt never printed but I was assured they would email me a copy & much to my surprise Red came rushing out after me as I was in the parking lot about 30 minutes later (I spent time looking at bikes) receipt in hand, saying she’d gotten it printed from her printer. Now that’s customer service.
They went above and beyond for a receipt!
The rest of the staff is eager to help, great at what they do & always ready to offer a smile it seems.
It’s the Eagle’s nest, what more can you say?
Everything is bright & shiny, black & orange and just like the open road– oh… so addictive.

Purchased a bike here yesterday. Everyone was hella cool. From the finance guys to the dude who gave me a tour of the service department. But the coolest person of all was Sue! She helped me pick out a dope helmet that fits perfectly after trying on a bunch, she was patient with me and explained all kinds of features for the helmet I chose. I’m a rookie and she took the time to make me feel comfortable and not like a dork. If it wasn’t for her I may not have been as quick to purchase some of the extra goodies I got on my way out.
All in all a great experience and I will definitely tell people I know to go see Sue upstairs for all their Harley stuff.

I did the training academy. All the instructors were amazing! New or experienced rider should take this class. It’s worth the one and money and even experienced riders take a lot from the class.
I also visited Sue in the Motor Clothes department who was amazing and helped me out. She gave great customer service, was patient and had a great energy.
My only thing I didn’t like is that the motor clothes department doesn’t have a military discount like most other dealers. Cough cough suggesting cough cough
Anyways hit up Eagles Nest Harley on your next ride and ask for Sue!

So I was finally able to pull up local HD dealership (per Interstate 5). I just wanted to stop by one on my way back home.
From the pulling up to the shop, you can already see how massive it is. Walking to the front doors, they have used bikes. Not just Harley’s, but other brand names as well. Once you enter through the double doors, you can nod your head in confirmation that this place is as big as you thought it was. The showroom is like a football field! (Not literally but it’s huge!)
From left to right you have sales rep desk/​cubicles, the showroom floor, customer lounge, restrooms, elevator (to upstairs apparel), parts, and service department. The great thing they do here is have nicely labeled lettering telling you what section you are planning to go to!
In order to get upstairs, they have a elevator! That’s pretty classy! But I did not see a staircase around, if you wanted to get your exercise on lol
I was just browsing the store, really looking for some boots. The staff takes a little bit to acknowledge you but they are pleasant to speak to when you do.
The selection is great and vast for all areas of the dealership!
Next time I’m in the area, I’ll be sure to come back through.

So I do have to say that I did get a good and fair price on the Wide Glide I bought… however this place IS A NIGHTMARE after the purchase!
My experience was buying a 2015 bike and a few thousand extra is parts to be installed. This was March 31^st 2015. Told me it would be a week to get the bike. It ended up being April 11^th, a bit longer; not that big of a deal. However this is where it get REALLY crappy.
1– the handlebars I ordered where gloss black, they put on matte black
2-​they lost my owners manual and new bike packet
3-​they lost my keys. Yep, they ‘lost’ my keys. The service manager blames the sales guys saying that they gave my keys and owners manual to another customer, the Sales Manager blames the Service guys saying the tech misplaced them. The Parts Manager states he had already ordered replacement keys… but they never arrive. So after several days and phone calls and emails I finally get the General Manger/​part owner John Lund to apologizes and agrees to re-​key my bike due to my concerns of a possibility of employee theft (they have my keys and my home address)…well big surprise, this never happens. I was mailed replacement keys many weeks later which I was very specifically that I didn’t want to happen. It’s now June 16^th, 2 ½mos later and I still have not heard a WORD from anyone at Eagle’s Nest Harley… including John Lund.
I owned this bike for about 1 ½+ mos before I could ride it anywhere! Terrible.
I would advice everyone to steer-​clear of this place. Shady, lies, low morals, uncaring.

Hands down the best place to go in norther California for a used or new Harley. These guys take great care of you when it comes to financing and sending you home with a bike. I bought my first Harley here 5 years ago and they stayed late like two hours past closing because they knew I had driven 3 hours to get there and wanted to make sure I had the right bike when I went home. Well 5 years later I came back and just picked up my first big twin. A 2014 Soft Tail Deluxe. They made sure I was all approved and good to go before I rode down on my sportster to trade it in. And they even gave me more than what my sporty was worth to pay off so I could go home on my dream bike. You guys rock.
D.J is a no pressure sales man and is down to earth. I will only buy from you guys from here on out.
