I’ll tell you what’s reallllly going on with this grocery store if you’re lookin for warehouse work that is if anyone interested working for this company. Ssi SUPER STORE INDUSTRY 16 888 McKinley ave in LATHROP CA is a JOKE but It is a great place to work at. Realllllllly tho, these capstone Logistics head hanchos needs to straighten up their act with faulty headsets for equipment that is loaned out where these temps can’t perform the job. Cause its bad enough. These other SSi employees who topped out at $ 24 & change who pick or drive these raymond stand up forklifts with an daily attitude of… «ohhhhh I MAKE MORE MONEY THEN U, I can’t faaaucks WITH YOU» That is if your the new guy. (can’t forget to mention, if u make the cut? You can kiss your forklift experience goood bye when you’re gonna be dried up when u get a chance to hop on a lift but that wont happpppen for at least 10 yrs, SERIOUSLY)!! Anyways… There’s only so many heads up you can say. Until you’ve become that «cryin’ lemon temp» after asking. Then it becomes bothering, and then eventually you’re an annoying barbecue nat just buggin’ the FahhUCK outta the front office about the same fahhUCK up’s over & over again. — – Garbage faulty Vocollect headsets that is stuck & left with the temps. Other temps, who take a good Vocollect headset they’ve came across of & leave em in their lockers when you’re stuck & left with the bad head sets.. .. Then you can’t make the 100% or more for daily percentage in there bullchit 90 day period. — - I was never lazy runnin these victory laps as an order selector with constant dead batteries in those horrible beat down electric stand up Barratt pallet jacks that are not tugs when I only saw a couple tugs or a handful who drove a tug & was pulling a garbage can. …Much as I’m cryin? I’ve never spoken up how I started to develop an early stage of carpal tunnel syndrome that I’ve NEVER complained to the job about. Either way Capstone will kick you to the curb any day of the week just like me 9÷28÷15 — 12÷22÷15. –Much as how I keep on crying? I could be writing a new resume & learn how to spell is what your probably sayin’ but all I can do is give some REAL advice to the next clown! Some are cool, other supervisors are FAGG*TS!
