The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because one on one Dr. Tobia was knowledgeable and amicable, but VERY LITTLE follow up.
Now we get to their office staff. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Raised their voice, cut me off in mid sentence. Called three times to fill a script with zero call back. I could go on and on, but no matter. I’m not one to slam people as my job relies on good testimonials, but as the cliché goes, ‘you’re only as strong as your weakest link’ and unfortunately their are very weak links at this practice.
