I loved using Unity Printing! I first used unity for my Christmas Cards this past year and they were great in helping me design it. Their graphic artist was so kind and helpful in suggesting how to make the card look really really nice, even when I requested to make last minute changes before they printed them. I recently used them to get some business cards for myself and the business cards look beautiful! Again, the graphic artist was so helpful in helping me make a professional card that I am happy to give to my customers or prospective customers. Can’t wait to get my informational pamphlets printed from Unity soon!

Let’s just say I will never use them or tell anyone to even get a copy done there. Went in placed an order on Tuesday asked for them to be done for Friday Monday at the latest. Well let’s just say Friday came I got the invoice for how much it would cost. Also let me add that this was after I emailed and called the office to see what was going on with my order. At 230 on Friday I get the invoice with no proof. They are to be done for Friday. Problem number one then Monday I email and call nothing proof still not done. But guess what they ran my credit card for half of the price Friday at 430 sure did not waste any time on that. End of there business day on Monday still no proof no call nothing. So I email another printer about the problem I’m having to get the invites that I already paid half for to be done. The other printer called me at 830pm at night after reading my email and said he could do it and have them done in 24 hours. Scared I called unity at 815 to cancel my order and ask that my money be refunded asap. Well the next email I get from unity 20 minutes after I cancel the order is the proof that I have now been waiting for a week. I call at lunch ask where my refund is. Asking for my refund went on for 3 days. Yes people three days, for a product I never saw till after I told them to cancel my order. But the other printer had a proof to me in 4 hours yes people 4 hours for something that took them over a week. There customer service is horrible and the way they refuse to refund in a timely fashion is not except able. Buyer beware.
