When you’re a picky Jamaican American, one of your go-to dishes are Jamaican patties. I moved to this area not to long ago so when a coworker asked me if I’d gone to this bakery before I knew I had to check it out on my lunch break one day. I stopped in yesterday around lunchtime and was relieved to find out that they accept credit cards and there is no minimum order price(coworker told me there was). I tried to order several things but they were out of the Spicy Beef patties and Ackee & Saltfish patties. It’s a shame that they didn’t anticipate this during the lunch hours as I was there at 2:30 and I’m sure they don’t close until later on. The line was pretty long in the store with only one cashier.(Glad I have an hour break.) The line went down fairly quickly. I ordered a bun & cheese, and settled for a mild beef and a cheesy beef pattie with a soursop drink. Quality wise the food tastes great. I was a little annoyed with the cheesy beef since it wasn’t warm enough. Service wise they need to make sure that items offered on the menu are available until an hour before closing.

I used to go here a lot to pick up some Jamaican pastries/baked goods. It’s weird but some of the items are listed on the blackboard with prices but others don’t have them. A package of sweetbread(6 buns) was $ 3.25. They also make their own sorrel, soursop, etc. They’ve got great Jamaican patties and the last time I went(maybe 2 years ago) they had a deal where you could get 10 frozen beef patties for $ 12.

Beef patties are pretty good. Haven’t tried any of the baked goods. One negative is they never put on the A/C or it’s broken don’t know but it get to hot in there.

Solid patties. Pretty consistent whenever I’ve visited. They get super busy during lunch time and there is no AC. Well if there is one it’s never on when I’m there it seems. That’s a problem in the FL heat and bakery hot from the ovens. Broward meat used to be right beside here and have since moved to the plaza is a little less busy. Never had any baked goods so I can’t comment on that but if your’re passing by. Grab a beef patty.
