HORRIBLE. LET ME SAY IT AGAIN HORRIBLE.
I work in Miami and its so hot AC is mandatory, our AC worked fine but just had a leak. We called them in (first visit), actually paid online for the service, and the leak was fixed. HOWEVER the AC stopped working completely, I honestly would’ve preferred the leak. Anyways, the guy comes back (second visit) and says the thermostat is *magically* broken, and casually adds another 150 $ to the tab. AC STILL DOES NOT WORK. Then they are scheduled to come in for a third time!!! They said first thing in the morning, no one shows up or even calls. Then I call and they quote me 1:30 — 2:30, guess what? no one came or called. I call YET AGAIN and then I am told another 40 minutes. I am sure you can figure this one out… NO ONE COMES OR CALLS. Point blank stay away!!!

Terrible.
We called for their «Air Duct Cleaning Special» as advertised on a local service magazine. We scheduled on a Sunday, nobody called/​or showed up. We called to see what the deal was and supposingly, the tech had a «family emergency” — Everybody has a «family emergency» on a Sunday. Anyways, we rescheduled for the next upcoming Sunday, mind you, we’re on a time budget to get this house going and truly relying on their service.
The next Sunday, we called 20 minutes in advance to confirm our appointment and everything was great. Then we get a call at the time of our appointment with the SAME excuse from the previous reservation, «there was a family emergency and our tech can’t make it».
BEWARE with Sunday appointments or after reading the other reviews, beware with making any reservations with this company in general.
Long story short, we demanded that they send someone out for all the wasted time, they did. Their tech stood at our home for no longer than 15 minutes. We have 8 vents. Enough said.
Get your money’s worth somewhere else.

BEWARE!!! the horrible AC company they only to get you money, and a lot , very costly and insulting company. I call for service because my AC stop working, guy come scratched his head and told me that I am out of freon, that was $ 375.00 and I was told that my unit will last me for long time. Oh well, next day it stopped cooling again, another appointment and again this some situation, look around and was told that I need another very little part called TXV,.
That will cost me another $ 425.00.he didn, t mention about service call, for God sake, one day a part.
I gave deposit on my card for $ 225.00, it didn’t feel right, so I called for another opinion. As I expected, it was totally different problem. I called first thing in the morning to cancel and I was told they will send me a check minus service call, and I have to agree on telling them, that I am satisfied… NO I am not satisfied and will never agree for that… So the hold hostage my money and will not give me a credit… Can you imagine, they took from my card $ 375 for repair which was not related to not working AC, now they do not pay back my deposit. We talking $ 600,00 total for not repairing of my unit…
Company customer service person send to me email after email, bickering with me, I think is at least 8 emails, finally insulting me and ocusing me of filing complains as my habit… I can’t believe, how they treat customers.

The true test of any company is not when everything goes smoothly but when there is a problem. Cool Air USA in Lauderhill does not stop until the job is done right and they do right by their customers. I would highly recommend them. They have integrity and a strong customer service ethic. As a realtor dealing with an issue for a seller who had already moved out of state, I was frustrated when the repair «failed». But when I called Cool Air back, Michael the Service Manager sent someone right out and they fixed it quickly

Absolute waste of time. Call for an appointment after searching on Google and they were three hours late, rude to the condo valet and try to pressure me to agree to a $ 1250 repair for back flushing the AC system? I asked the guy how long it would take he said 30 minutes, so I want to know why so much money for 30 minute job. The guy goes on to tell me that very few people can do this type of job because it is extremely technical. So I pay the goons their $ 49 consult fee, call another company & set up an appointment for the next day. The new AC repair guy arrives on time, quotes me half the price, finishes the job in less than 20 minutes, & now AC is working great.
An important lesson learned today: be cautious of businesses listed on the first page of Google.
Beware: The horrible AC company I called from google search was listed as «AC Repair of Miami» located near 16^th st & Michigan. The AC company repair that showed up were from a different company «Cool Air USA» first site may be a lead generating site with a call center and questionable SEO tactics. So beware both are related some how. See pics.
